Belinda SCustomer service. Rep was disrespectful and vulgar. She tried to charge me a flat rate which should give me 24 hrs to use the truck but wanted to rent me for 4 hrs. She had her dogs in the office which I was scared of and she didn't even come to meet me at the door to help calm my nerves. I tried to have a conversation about the rental she shouted at me and hanged the phone up. Would NEVER use this location again.

Latisha MThe truck i was given had major problems. I rented it for two hours but i barely could drive it due to the fact the truck has transmission and engine problems. It was jerking the entire ride and i was very afraid for my life especially on the highway. Slowing the vehicle down was damn near impossible due to how fast you was going because it would slow down, jerk and speed back up. The customer service was good the ladies did a good job, just the truck i was put in wasn't a very good one at all. And it's dangerous to give anyone that type of vehicle because it's possible someone could get into an accident.
Judy FThe representative at AAA storage was above and beyond. The online system let us make a reservation for a vehicle that was not available and the representative made the necessary changes on the spot to get us in a vehicle to complete our move.

Angel MThe beginning of my experience was horrible. I initially booked my reservation pick-up and drop-off for the location closest to me (on Market St.). At the Market St. location I was sitting for 30 minutes before being seen and when someone was ready they told me I did not have a reservation despite booking and having an email receipt dated for over a month prior. Management argued with me about when I booked my reservation and scolded me for being late, although my reservation was set for 5 hours. Management stated that they had been out for days of the van I reserved. The also told me I had no reservation, then said that the reservation had a time stamp of 8:30 that morning. Management gave the impression that my reservation was not to be believed. Management called around to find me another location for use and stated that I would have to go to Randleman Rd., would have to rent a bigger vehicle and would be charged full-price and mileage. This did not make sense to me but due to needing to move I went to the Randleman Rd. location. At the Randleman Rd. location I had the best customer service experience with Marcy. She was friendly, informative, and swift! Thankfully, she had the vehicle I had originally requested. She truly changed the trajectory of the day.

Tiauna REquipment was clean. Something didn't sound right. I have rented lots of U-Haul upto 26' and never heard anything like that.
Nilda GAAA personnel are very helpful and courteous. I would rent from them again. The addition of the blankets and hand truck attached to the truck seems like a gimmick. We actually had them remove the hand truck as it gets in the way. The blanket bag is non-removable.

Alvin FThe problem with my rental experience was based primarily on the lack of clear information regarding the pick up of rental using the 24/7 truck share. The instructions led me to believe that I would be able to get the keys from the 24/7 truck share key box outside the location however, the box was unlocked and didn't have any keys. I then waited over 30 minutes on hold with customer service while I figured out how to gain access to the keys that were locked with word lock on back of truck. I received the truck with 3/4 full and returned it with the same amount of fuel and was charged for additional fuel charges. This is poor service all around! I'm not pleased at all!

jeff KWe have no complaints, service was great, the Uhaul rep was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. If there was a place to leave the key after hours this would have been a 5 star review. We would have felt reassured leaving the key in an authorized area rather than makeshift.
