The computer system is horrendous. I hate having to use apps for a once in a great while event. There was an issue with the truck issued not being available and when the agent would try to swap truck numbers, all info had to be reloaded. This had to be done 4 different times before my truck rental was complete in excess of the info being loaded when reserved. The agent was fabulous with the customer service, but the computer system sucked. I then missed a text asking for a picture of the license plate. I had assumed after re-entering information 4 times, there should be no additional steps. This was a local move and I literally spent 45 minutes to get the keys and drive off. My move was loaded, unloaded and truck returned in a little over 2 hours. Seems like an issue.

Great and Easy. Moving is stressful enough and everyone made this an easy process. I have never towed a trailer before and the workers gave me confidence. Made the whole move much easier.

The truck would not start up once I took it home. I had to find someone to jump it for me. When I got to my destination the oil light came on and another light to "stop engine"… had to return it a day late to have someone to check the truck. It was a 4hr drive. They should make sure the trucks are well maintained for long drives like that. I have three kids and It woulda been a huge inconvenience if the truck broke down on me.

The man at this location was able to take the truck we had as well it saved us time because we didn’t have to drive to the other uhaul location to drop off the truck

Rudy, who is the manager of AAA Storage in Plano is fantastic. He made it very easy to rent the truck and facilitated my move with a smile. Best place in Plano, TX to store things and rent a UHaul truck! Five stars! *****

The interior needed sweeping out in the bed and a wipe down of the front area.

I reserved a moving dolly on line with my truck reservation. When I got to location for pick-up they didn't have a dolly. Rudy, manager, said Uhaul site has dollies listed on line for reservation but they seldom actually have the moving dollies available. Very frustrating.

I had to make some changes to my original rental plans. The local agent was very helpful in assisting me make the changes without adding charges. I was very impressed, as immovable corporate policy blocks to actual customer service seem to be the rule these days. Well done, UHaul team!

The staff at this location is the best I've encountered in the 5 trucks I've rented in the last 3 months. They were attentive to my concerns and made me aware of some I might have not noticed. When I need a truck, I will use this location!

The back of the van was dirty and the return experience was HORRIBLE! The link provided would not load. The UHAUL app would not allow me to log in. You call center wait was 45 minutes. Very bad

This was one of the BEST experiences I've had with any U-Haul location in North Texas area. I'll go out of my way to use them again when/if the time arises. Extremely polite and helpful owner.

You do not make it clear that the equipment must be picked up within an hour of the scheduled pick up time. At the West Plano location our equipment was given to someone else. When we tried to call that location we got uhaul customer service instead, who were not helpful and gave us the run around.
