Make sure equipment reserved two weeks in advance is available. If by some chance it's not, don't make it out to be the customer's fault, apologize for necessary equipment not being available. Make sure the trucks tire pressure is acceptable and when the customer tells you it isn't, don't blow them off. Make sure equipment is clean.

For that particular truck the ride was rough, and the wooden floor in the back was frayed and broken, almost felt like you may fall through.

Would have liked an itemized receipt to know why we were chatged almost $100. (Its probably mileage, used more than expected but $100 more seems steep)

I was charged for more mileage than I used. I will be calling tomorrow. Truck mileage was obviously not checked when I returned it. It was a Sunday at 11:30AM. Store closed at the time, but the credit has not come in yet.

Having never rented a truck before I was very very anxious about the unknowns involved, with all of that said I walked into your office and was almost immediately comforted by Julia and Sheri. They explained the process and needs to rent the truck. They are what I would hire as office staff if I wanted to open that type of business. Thank you for the assistance not only in the truck that served the needs but also the office staff. It all worked out very well. I will use U-haul and your location if the needs ever comes around again. THANKS AGAIN!!

Sheri was wonderful. She confirmed our truck reservations prior to our move (very pleasant) and indeed it was ready. We didn't move far and returned the truck to the same location. The truck had no issues and was clean in the back as well as the cab. No surprises in the least. I highly recommend this particular UHaul location. Thank you Sheri!

Absolutely nothing. I was an unscheduled walk in customer, you had the vehicle I needed it was cleaned and the check in process was simple and smooth. The attendant was courteous, friendly and professional in carrying out her duties. This is my second time renting a vehicle from this location and both experiences were the same.

Hello I had a question about our rental and I called Sandi at her office but she was with a customer at the time and said she would call me right back. In a matter of minutes Sandi was calling back. I ask you, when does that ever happen! We are new to NC and Sandi made me feel so welcome. She had the answers I needed about the size of the rental we needed. The location was very organized; however I did t have much communication with the store clerk other than her coming out to turn the vehicle around and put it in the right spot.

When I received my truck it was below 1/4 tank so I immediately had to fill it. There was also broken glass all over the ramp that had to be cleaned before I could use it.

Actually keep your word. I was charged for a dolly I never received. Still haven't gotten my refund. Was also told I would receive $50 because our reservation was not processed correctly and a truck wasn't available at our original location and our reservation had to be changed. Still haven't received that $50.

Once I get to location tomorrow the truck no was here that works for U-Haul and the guy that came to the door told me the U-Haul worker was already gone for the day and tried to get me to take my U-Haul to a new address b he say there was no where to park my truck ... My experience with U-Haul sucked I probably wouldn't have used them after 2 trucks I reserved was not at the pine bluff location but Penske was more because I didn't reserve in the head of time like I did with U-Haul... So yea me renting again I wouldn't unless that's all I have available.. break down trucks not available... Truck nasty, wasn't clean at all... Wiper blades needed replacing... Gas hand wasn't in the right spot.. and truck needs work tune up or something

Vehicle not clean. Dusty and needed to be vacuumed. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Your receptionist gave short and smart-alecky answers to questions. Uses words like, "You people and Your kind". Need I say more? Maybe you should ask her what can be done to make job better. I would not refer a friend and have located other U-Hauls for any future needs. Merci.

The truck I rented had a hard pull to the left. It needs a front end alignment. The brakes squealed and was hard to stop. The lady that rented me the truck was very sweet and helpful. I would definitely recommend someone that needed storage space. The office was clean and well taking care of. The truck just had a lot of issues.

Online check in was was paid for and confirmed (by out of area Dad, Terry). Checked in advance with online reps who said 2nd driver (local 39 yo son, Ryan) could pick up truck. ID online. At store, rep would not release truck to son in person. Said Dad, who was out of the area, needed to be present. Took 1,5 hours to resolve.

The website 24/7 hour check in is not user-friendly at all. Did NOT tell me my truck #, did NOT tell me the code to unlock the back to obtain the keys for the Truck, did NOT give me any direction for fuel gauge level. Overall, I had to ask the desk guy for help the entire process. He also mentioned that the website/app is very confusing.

I was sent there when a truck was not available at the mobile location I booked. But he said the location I was returning but a different location was on the contract which I did not catch until I was returning the truck. I had to drive 32 back to Winston-Salem vs 12 miles to where I was originally booked to drop off. Therefore it cost me $47 more for over mileage. Appreciate that.

The equipment was clean and externally well maintained. Would recommend someone check the front right wheel bearing, as there is loud noise coming from the front. At first thought it might be the tires making the noise but as I made right hand turns, the noisy gets lower. Was okay for local moves but wouldn't want to take it across the state. The people were excellent and will come back the next time we need to rent from U-Haul!!

The online check-in process was not good. Despite my renting a van, the website showed a picture of a rolling hatch of a truck with instructions for unlocking the gate. The 1-800 customer service support was unhelpful as well. I ended up standing in cold rain for half an hour before finally cracking the case like Sherlock Holmes.
