Robin BWhen I get to my location, I get a call that the drop off had been changed. When I got the truck there, there was no way to contact the office, the yard was fenced, and the only option was to stick the keys and rental agreement into the drop box. They then charged me $51 for the extra miles that the first location said they would add. There was no interaction, and customer service was non-existent.

Dean HI rented a trailer on Saturday afternoon and was told it needs to be back by 3 pm the next day on Sunday. So I brought it there on Sunday to find the facility closed and not able to get inside the gate to return it. Called U-Haul and they told me I would have to return it on Monday, I was never informed from the staff I would not be able to return on Sunday. So I had to take time from work on Monday to drive it back to the facility again to be able to return it. Suggest you inform people if they are not able to do returns on Sunday to save waste of times and miles on driving back and forth to the facility. Merci

Adam MThere was a broken bong in the back of the truck. Also I never received a contract or verbal instructions on how to return the vehicle, other than 'there will be a guy at 5'. We finished early and, with no further direction, had to figure out the rest via the website.

Doug WDon't need to change anything. I believe the customer service that was provided to me is best in town. Used this location for both U-Haul and storage and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Manager is a local and super sweet as well as her husband. AAA Wildcat, THANK YOU AGAIN-YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!
