Nothing, the attendant was very lovely and personable. Everything was explained upfront. Extra services as hand trucks, moving blankets and boxes were offered. Upon return I was attended too immediately and everything as charges were explained to me clearly and intelligibly. Very professional young men at this location. I will be using again if I need to move other items.

The day before the pick up I called to confirm the location to find out they had moved the truck location and no longer had a trailer available. Nobody ever reached out to me like they were supposed to tell me things had changed. Extremely inconvenient and terrible communication.
Ryan TadlockExceptional gear and customer service overall! Christian, Dylan and the third member of the team were very helpful in explaining the rental process and how to use the gear. This was the first time I had rented a truck and trailer and towed my race car. I was very impressed with the condition of both the vehicle and trailer and how smooth both were on the highway. Terry MillerEmployees were super awesome and took charge immediately at pick up and delivery. The only issue was that the trailer had oil on the floor and I slipped when I first got on at home. I hurt myself almost enough to return it for another trailer but I didn't. I had a serious deadline to meet and I was still able to complete my task. I notified the employee upon return.

Stephanie BryantFelt like I was being nickel and dimed. 1. I don't think your processes are well defined nor well communicated. I was told to just fill the tank back up to where it was when I left. I saw the line at 1/4 tank but apparently when I came back I was told it was just above the quarter line… I went 20 miles in the truck, and put two gallons back into the truck on my way back… not to mention I had the truck rented for an hour… when I came back I felt like the inspector was trying to find any way to charge me for something… just poor customer service and I felt like you're just trying to find a way to get your tank refilled for free. Here's an idea - start with a full tank so all I have to do is refill to full…
Justin ChoiThe men were very communicative and welcoming. They spoke very clearly, which I find lacking in other UHaul locations where some tend to "mumble" in soft tones, not very inviting. But this was not the case for this location.

rich quasaranoThis is the very first Uhaul I have been to that that does not welcome customers inside or offer a bathroom, they have a sign up on the front doors that due to Covid19 no one is allowed inside, this is total non-sense. They don't let people in because they have a repo business being operated out of here and they don't want irate people going inside. There lot looks like a prison with all the barbed wire to keep the people out trying to get there cars back. Marko was very friendly and helpful, equipment was ready and no problem so an A+ on that. Just not a good overall experience. Felt unwelcome.

First reservation got cancelled in different location, showed up here truck smells disgusting, windshield from inside was so dirty that couldn't see anything, was so low on gas that didn't make 4 miles to nearest gas station and ran out of fuel, no brakes at all, makes very weird noises when running from engine, truck was not safe operating above 40 mph it was shaking so badly that couldn't keep in the lane, customer service was poor

ernest andersonDid not receive a "key" or RF keyfob for access to open and start. Apparently it was hidden somewhere in the cab. So, starting/operation was not a problem. However: I was unable to secure the cab overnight and had to leave it unlocked.

VARONIA GHOLSTONThe experience was great. I was checked in quickly, given great instructions on how to return the vehicle after hours and I was on my way. I would have given my experience 5 stars, but I was charged for gas I didn't use. My bad for not taking a pic of the gas gauge. I was credited after calling the store, so all in all it was an excellent experience.
