I got to speak to Fred and he was awesome! He helped me and was cry professional and kind. I felt well taken care of. I wish picking it up was as good as dropping it off

Norman KThe trailer I rented had a bad tire on it. The tire was swapped out with another from a different trailer, but I feel like a thorough inspection wasn't done before it was sent out for rental.

Tyrone MThe app on iPhone is TERRIBLE! Several crashes made me late picking up then the "pick up truck" feature just disappeared and tech support didn't know why(they were helpful though) the lock for the key pickup was old and stuck. Overall the app cost me an hour of waiting around attempting logins and crashes.
Micah KYour computer program is really slow. He did the best he could but there is a lot of wait time for screens to pop open. Need to improve the speed of your paperwork. The gentleman was very polite and courteous. I would recommend this place definitely.
David LChecking out was delayed by check-out person's inability to use the app on the phone. 20 mins -30 mins to check out. Too long, especially after a long day of driving.
