Salvador RI would recommend everyone to go to ACC Satellite for U-Haul rentals. They go above and beyond to serve you and get you on your way safely. U-Haul sets the price and it can be expensive. But this location goes out of their way to compensate for that. Don't go anywhere else.
Davon BSince it was returned on a Sunday, the business was closed, so I was unable to speak to anyone. The U-Haul equipment was kept in a locked fenced area, but I had to drop off the trailer outside this area. I was/am concerned that since I could not lock the trailer hitch, someone could easily steal the trailer after I left.

jose uThe gentleman who helped me was nice but he forgot that the vehicle always turns on on with the toe mode engaged and then I needed to turn it off if I wanted to use the economic Green mode. Unfortunately I learned this after going 47.miles .I had no idea that the tow feature came on automatically even seeing the light I wasnt going to fiddle with then instrument panel on a rented uhaul. i definitely felt a difference In over all performance with tow feature off. Too bad it wasn't for barely two miles.i learned I can take more time to ask questions or call. To ask questions from afar. I'm sure it wasn't an intentional.oversight.

Suzanne sNothing at all. Sam was excellent! He was very kind and patient with us and showed me how to load a car on the auto transport! I know I would have been left to do it by myself if it was someone other then Sam. Also, he was able to fix out last minute issue by changing our reservation from the 6x12 trailer to the 20' Truck with the auto transport. He also waited till we drove off with the car on the transport to ensure everything was good to go. Sam has the best customer service I have ever experience!

Check out was great, owner personally went over safety checks with me and did walk around inspection. We had to extend our rental by a day and owner was immediately reachable and understanding. Accommodated our needs and we so much appreciated that. I will always select this location for future rentals.

Stacey TThe location is fine. Uhual corporate is a different story. I drove 11 miles in 12 hrs, pull a gallon of gas back in the truck and U-Haul Corp tried to charge me for three gallons of gas. Do the math. When I called the location, the owner said corporate was the one charging me. The location owner said he would reimburse me.
Tyler LThe truck was clean and ready to go. someone must have smoked in the cab prior and even though it was cleaned you could still smell it a bit. Not sure what to do about it. I appreciate the effort to try and remove the smell.
