Staff very helpful, polite and quick service. Uhaul truck was a 20ft instead of a 15ft - unhappy with getting a larger truck than requested but it was a newer truck which made the ride a bit smoother and the added Bluetooth audio and working AC was a HUGE plus. Car hauler - lost a pin securing the left loading ramp early in transit. Cost almost 3 hours to get this replaced (on top of an already 10+ hr drive in bad weather) Roadside assistance used - used to replace car dolly, very quick with responses and gave excellent customer service!

KIP from the 1501 Bessemer Ave. location in Greensboro NC dumped me and my childrens things at Kersey valley landfill not even 24 hours after having the truck towed. I was notified that i should have had 48 hours to collect our things. My whole 3 bedroom apartment that contained valuable and sentimental things. I will be taking action

These guys are SO nice, close to my house and I rent trailers and trucks a LOT. I'm a single older woman and they help me get going. They know I can't disconnect it so they take good care of me. Bruce is outside cleaning the equipment and hooking up trailers and getting people in trucks in 95+ degree weather. He's in a great mood no matter what! I'm a big Uhaul customer and in this city with so many places to choose from, this is my choice! Thx guys, see you soon! Lynn

Ordered on the phone. Was told we can return van on Saturday at 5:00 p.m. that is when they closed. found out when we pick the van up that they closed at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday. They need to get their times straight.

I reserved a UHaul 2 months before needed. On the day of pickup, I was notified it was not available, and sent to another uhaul location . Unfortunately, the location did not exist. No uhaul rentals at all. Called previous location and was recommended to another location, which also did not exist!!! Spent all morning wasting time and running around looking for a UHaul that I should have had !! The locations in Greensboro NC are just ridiculous and workers are a joke! Never had these problems before . Also, the cost of the one I finally found was elevated because, "I had no reservation"at that location. What a rip off!! Hope I never need one again, and I will not recommend to other students at the University ! In fact I will do everything to discourage students to use Uhaul services in this area.
