When we returned the trailer early I tried to call & let them know but was disconnected twice… customer service after 5 is nonexistent.
Tracy VickeryMake sure the equipment guy actually attaches your trailer. He did not fully attach my trailer it was not screwed down at all and I completely lost the trailer on the road once I left the facility. I called him afterwards to let him know and all he could say was he was sorry but he did screw it down.. Which would be impossible or it would not have come off. I didn't even make it a minute down the road. He was apologetic and was overall pretty nice when we picked up the trailer but still could have caused a lot of damage.

JUSTIN WALLSI was told I wasn't allowed to disconnect the trailer so I needed to load my stuff first and then pick up the trailer later. This ended up complicating my weighing for my military move. So I realized yes indeed I'm allowed after reviewing my contract so I had to re-weigh on the back side of the move. The parking lot for this location is awful especially taking a trailer. The representative also didn't confirm vehicle being towed. So when I realized I asked her to update the vehicle on file. Said she couldn't because it was executed already and that it's my fault even if she didn't ask.

Randall EvansNo problem the only thing is they should give you a damage sheet telling where damage is in dolly, ours had 2 big holes and hopefully it'll be okay because she said they are marked with stickers that say something on it!!! Overall great experience

josh linscheidDouble check the cab and the charcoal area for lost items my wallet was not recovered at the site and I feel I may have dropped it on the site so get a manager or someone in charge to double check that site to make sure it's not laying in cargo area or on the premises.

Gregory Wenzelldealers should be required to check ALL of the equipment, especially the electrical hook ups. I was delayed for 2 days because the truck plug didn't work but was told it was the car transporter.

James DohmWhen I got to my loading location I opened the back of the truck. It contained old busted furniture and a garbage bag full of broken glass. I will be filing a complaint to Uhaul. I will never use Uhaul again.
