I would make it clear this is not a U-Haul location
Angela KIn NY uhaul are in an independent location. I found out in other areas they are within various businesses. My rental went smoothly and I have no complaints about the equipment and the staff was friendly and professional
Elisabeth CWas charged twice for the rental. I payed the up front amount and selected other payment method for the rest and it kicked me out. 3 weeks later they took it out of the same account but the full amount including the upfront payment again. It was $383 total including the upfront. I was charged $383 plus the $158 upfront

STEVEN RHard to find but the young lady was very nice and didn't even make me do the final inspection. In and out in under 20 seconds once I found it!
Chris CThey had the truck full w merchandise , we had to wait for them to empty. With the phone app I was not suppose to contact any one n the owner said I did. This was confusing.

Richard VI had a 430pm reservation pick up...they said the truck was supposed to be returned at 4pm, they did not show up until just before 630pm.

Doniyor RYour online registration was not working and your online find a dealer would not let me pick the place I wanted to go. I can them and they told me I had to do everything online before I could get a truck that I could not just walk. If Penske was not more the double your price I would not us uhaul. And you are lucky the budget truck rental that I would have used moved.
charles mWe booked the truck for 10,3am as we had arranged movers from 11,3am. We arrived at 10,15am and no-one was there, we had to call the owner who said he though it was 11.30, but he still didn't arrive until 11,45am to do the paperwork, by the time I got back it was 12,25pm so I had paid the moving team for an hour of sitting around - they had another job to go to after mine so it was a real struggle to get things moved in the time frame. The only thing we were offered was free use of the dolly! hardly made up for the $60 I had to pay the movers to sit around. Not impressed!
