I was not made aware of return policy for this location until after I picked up the truck, at no point did they mention I would have to return it back to the original location, and was charged for the miles to return it ,I made contact once I was done and was advised at that point if I didn't return to the original location I would be charged double. I should not have been charged for miles when I was only 2,7 miles from the nearest uhaul. If it stated this in the contract I didn't receive it timely, the person that handles the contract was not at the location.
Tina WaltonNo improvements needed. This rental went smoother than anticipated, everything was ready at pickup and return was quick and easy. This will be my go to location in the future.

Clarence Bridges JrVery dangerous location… seriously located behind a super shady house that's been converted to a quadplex. You have to drive down a dirt driveway and go BEHIND the house(literally every horror movie) and then NO ONE comes out to help you. You do everything over the phone and then it's just on you to hook up trailers. Extremely bad. Worst experience ever with Uhaul…

Richard PattersonI could not pick up my uhaul at my scheduled time. After calling customer service she was unable to help me and was very short with me (though I was honestly very patient and polite with her). I was transferred and someone else was able to find me. After getting there I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to meet me. He was great though. I did my pre-inspection of the vehicle online and noted that the driver side mirror was broken. When I got me bill the next day, I was charged for the broken mirror. I've reached out to customer service about that and am still waiting to hear back from someone.

Lanedra BrownThe location is an old house hidden from view by an overgrowth of trees and brush at the street. The U-Haul equipment is located mostly behind the house. There was a very small sign located by the driveway, but I would have missed it if I hadn't called and asked directions and looking for it. The guy we met was pleasant.
Glen HaistenDo not permit U-Haul to operate out of someone's home. Difficult to find. Yard is nothing but mud from the truck traffic. Stood outside to conduct business. No office of any kind in which to conduct business. No walk down of truck. No review of mileage or fuel in tank. Had to ask about light on dash.
David SmithMaybe have some 4 wheel dollies on hand. Something you can stack boxes on easy for the ladies to roll to their destination with a handle on it, not the little dollies with no handle on to it.

Shawn NelsonThis truck had a foul smell and was dusty and dirty. The man who was supposed to meet us did not show. He then told me his friend was bringing me the key. He was also a no show. When I finally reached the guy I was going to meet he told me the key was over the visor. We were supposed to get the truck for the 19,95$price because they didn't have the small truck I wanted. I was charged for way more miles than I drove this truck. When we picked it up we almost ran out of gas before we could get to an open station. I will never use a U-Haul again. I feel like I was treated very poorly by both rental places I used recently. These people seem to be an unsavory bunch who rent out your product. You need to be more selective when using the U-Haul name.

Matthew HarnerAlthough I had no issues with renting the uhaul the experience of lack of personal customer to business was odd I only talked over the phone and never meet the dealer in the dealing Although Kenneth was professional and courteous and ready to to help in anyway, the lack of personal and customer experience and not dealing face to face was very uncomfortable for me but I am old fashioned and not proned to doing business over the phone or internet. This is the only reason I would not recommend this location personally. Other then that everything went smoothly
