Onita GMy 24 hour reservation was canceled due to weather and had to settle for a 8 hour rental.When I dropped off the rental the application didn’t want to upload the photos,and I got charged one day and a half late fees 🤦♂️
Juan VTHE WORST.....Supposed to open at 9am (I called the number on the website at 7:52am and the person who answered CONFIRM they opened at 9am), they were not open from the time I arrived at 9:12am until the time I had a LYFT driver pick me up at 9:34am.......THEN had the nerve to charge me $20 for a "Convenience" fee for using the dropbox I was FORCED to use because the location wasn't open when they said they'd be open....Also, 2 other customers were waiting for someone to arrive at 9am......NOT GOOD FOR A NATIONAL BRAND TO HAVE THIS VENDOR REPRESENT YOUR NAME

Jacob HI would just improve the details on apartment sizes. This one is for a studio/1BDRM but does not fit a king mattress and box springs.
Damian JTerrible customer service, when I called the man was angry that I even called, didn't explain where the drop box was located in this dark parking lot. He hung up on me. Wouldn't take my husbands phone calls, either. Just let it ring. Drop box was nearly hidden. Get better lighting and signage, and probably some better employees.

RICHARD HI dropped off my trailer at 10:28 am two days before it was due. I received a $20 charge for "after hours" dropoff. I have tried three times to get this address with no response.
Mike SI had a reservation for 9am pickup so I called at 8:40 to confirm, since my reservation was already changed once and we had to drive further to this second location, the guy just said hello I said is this uhaul and he said they don't open until 10am and hung up. But when we got there at 10am nobody was at the location. We called the number back and he told us it was a self checkout. We just needed to choose one of the two trailers and he would complete the rental. I entered my husbands TDL information when I reserved the rental, but he said I needed to renter on the uhaul link, which I did but then he said all of it didn't come through so I had to verbally give his drivers license over the phone. I didn't feel safe doing this but I had no choice. I have never been to a uhaul location that makes you do self checkout and no representative was there to check out the uhaul. I moved a loveseat and the uhaul had black dirt or something on the door and it rubbed off on the arm of my loveseat. It wouldn't brush off so we had to go buy some tuff stuff foam cleaner to get the black marks off the loveseat. I definitely would not rent from or recommend this ALS 24/7 check out location in the future.
Alfred PI had a terrible experience renting my truck. when I went to the rental place to pick it up it was in the shop, they call the manager to find another location but she sent me to this place that was not even open, I had to wait 1 hour to get some help there.
Maria SI was upset with the way I had to pickup truck. Never was told the truck was going to be setting and we had to download an app to get a combination to get key. This cost me more money with the movers that was waiting for me to return with the truck. This was just not a good experience for me. I should be refunded some of my money back.
Monika FNo one was there! When I called the number I was provided for the drop off location the man who answered was half asleep at 9am and was mad at me that I didn't know where to leave the truck? This drop off location was so ugly and confusing
ARACELI IThe address was not correct. We sat there for 30 minutes to wait for the office to open because the trucks were parked next to a Public Storage building only to find out that they were not affiliated with that business. We then were directed to customer service at UHAUL and they transferred us to many people via telephone who had no real answers. Finally, we were able to get the situation resolved and found out that the address provided was incorrect and we were actually to drive 8 minutes away to pick up the keys for the truck. This put us behind almost an hour and a half for our move and threw off our timeline with the movers and our leasing company. We are very disappointed with our service at UHAUL and will think twice before using this company again.

JOSEPH BThe guy sent us to a different location (other than the office location) to pick up the trailer. It was an open lot by the highway. There was no one there to help us hook it up or guide us or make sure we did things correctly. We were left on our own to figure it out.

Leonardo DFirst off, I got bounced around 4 times over the several days before my move before this pickup location wa settled on. This is including two times after I had already confirmed the pickup at previous locations, and confirming that this location had all the equipment I needed. After all that, this location did not have all of the equipment I reserved and didn't feel the need to tell anyone, so I didn't find out until I went to pick up the truck. Really screwed up my move timeline. Had moving help showing up and was missing 2 dollies.
