Was a drop off with no personnel on site.

RONALD SDid not return/answer phone messages, called several times and left 2 voice mails Location was closed at time of return, 12:30, even though we were informed by U-Haul that the location would be open
KENNETH PSo this is not a complaint about this site in particular but U-Haul operations in general . You are in the moving business . Most people move on weekends. You need to staff up for the weekends. I don't want to depend on a phone app. I want to deal with a human.

Edward MTruck was dirty inside the cab and smelled bad. The cargo bed was covered with sand and dirt. Requested a broom to sweep it out. They had nothing to clean it out. The mileage was under stated by 2 miles. When I was told the charge would be $155 I explained that it should only $122 because I had revised the reservation the previous day to remove the $30 charge for insurance. I was told it is too late that he already submitted the charge and could not remove it. When I told the returning location they had no problem removing the charge!!!!

Daniel MHad major problems with the U-Haul reservation site. I was kicked out 4 times and the 5th thought I had finished. When we went to pick up our trailer it had been rented. The gentleman at the store also went on the site and was kicked off multiple times, he finally called his headquarters and they got is straight. They upgraded us to a larger unit without charging the difference. Thanks for that. You need to make the reservation site more convenient.
Todd HYou have a drop off location that is not open on Saturday or Sunday. This location has poor cell service. Was not able to use the app to return my equipment. Called the location at 10am when they opened, and the person told me he was not at the location and would call me back. I called back at 1:22p, there was no answer. I left a voicemail for a return call to make sure everything was ok and to get a receipt for the equipment that I returned. As of today 10/31/2023, I have not gotten a call back from this location. I have to move again in 2 months and will not be using U-Haul. Company has to many changes after you schedule your reservation. My pickup location was 25 miles past the requested location. This put another hour to my round trip. Very disappointed.

Todd CWas hard to find personnel. Was charged a $62 fuel surcharge / service which I plan to refute. The tank had more fuel than what I started with.
ray pDuring my lifetime I have had to use many rental trucks. This was one of the best experiences I have had with a UHaul truck. They were extremely accommodating and the vehicle was in great condition. I'll definitely make this location my go-to UHaul dealer.

TERRA TImpossible to find, gps sent me to a field on other side of highway. Place was very dark, driveway not lit. No designated area to leave truck. Could not locate place to park.

Grant GNo signage to note that it was a U-Haul agency. Wasn't certain that I was in the correct location.
Grant GThis is remote location and hard to locate using the address listed. Plus no one is there or answers the phone. After leaving more than one message (answering machine says to leave a message and they will return the call) no one calls back. All this cause me to use extra gas resulting in $14+ fuel fee. I am very unhappy with this experience…UGH

JAMES CDoor to there business was unlocked when we arrived at 10 after 9am but no one around. Finally around 9:30 another vehicle showed for a truck and a few minutes later another vehicle showed up. She was from the business next door separated by a field. While she was not at all friendly or apologetic for no one being there she was efficient and got us on our way.

JOSEPH MLocation was closed when returning trailer. Owner said returning rental when location closed was ok but the street address listed (residence) is some distance from the actual return location
MICHAEL GCustomer service was horrible, I made a reservation, which was changed on me after I have everyone setup to go, screwed the schedule up for about 15 people. Pick up location couldn't access online, so thank you to the gentleman that gave me the truck and didn't screw my entire move. Customer service in the afternoon going into evening was also so helpful. I'm just referring to the customer service people when I called to see why and how my reservation got change, not to mention I originally wanted a pickup location to be Millsboro DE, told no 20' truck could or would be there, then after going a half hour out of my way to the changed to location, I drive right past Millsboro location only to see 2 - 20' trucks sitting there. Unacceptable business the way it was run and the way I was treated. And one last fact, when my reservation was changed, I got charged $30 more than I was told it was going to be, with no explanation!!! Never use Uhaul again and never recommend them.
Barry DCharge me for blanks that they did not give me. They said they had no blanks at there location and told me they took them off the bill. When I returned trailer they wear still on the bill.

Deanna JWhen I picked up the trailer, it had a short in the wires underneath causing fuses to blow in my car. I had to call in an emergency roadside call before I could even take it off the lot. The gentleman uhaul found to fix it was outstanding.
Anthony TLocation is ok the fact that I had to drive 60 miles to pick up my trailer wasn't. This location is just a drop off and pickup location with no maintenance facility so if your equipment comes in damaged it will most likely leave the same way.

Carrie CThis was the second time I made an online reservation to pick up a truck in Millville, DE. two days prior to pickup, the location was changed. If a truck cannot be picked up at a certain location, you should not be able to make a reservation there.
chris bHave tried to call and email the main office about a charge/service I did not sign up for but charged. Everything was great from AMC except no one from their corporate office will respond!

PAUL MPaid for appliance,,none in trk...paid one way flat rate when turned trk in they said I went over with miles...I rented it flat rate not miles and only had trk for 5 hours.us they took another 12,5 out of my bank account.Why do companies constantly RIP people off.I would love someone fro. Bruce MMy satisfaction with retailers is excellent. My criticisms are with the UHaul corporate, your website, and your reservation system. Why don't you ask about the reservation experience and corporate communications, which are generally very poor.
