George CI did not receive instructions on how to pick up the vehicle. It took me a hour & a half to get the truck. They charged me for the dolly, which was not on the truck. The moving pads were also not there. I was transferred 45 times through customer service until finally I was able to get the code and retrieve the key. The movers were at the location and had to wait for us for an hour to let them in because of this delay. Horrible experience!

ROBERTO MRented the equipment to transport my classic Porsche to take to a private auto show event, during my drive on the interstate notice a vibration from the transport, when i got to my location and fold the bender to open door of the vehicle noticed that one tire was damaged (huge bump, thread slit and missing pieces of rubber) i did not notice this on my drive home to pick up my car since is a few blocks away from the rental location, after that i did not used the transport as it was unsafe to use and in the event of a blow out can damage my car or get into an accident, unfortunately i was unable to return the transport because i was busy on the event, i would think that part of their responsibility of the rental office is to make sure that the equipment they are renting are safe, i ask about this and they blame it on Uhaul corporate and the lady say "this is why you purchase the insurance..." what??, a customer can get into an accident, damage property and get harmed, terrible, will never rent again from this office. I have a picture of the tire if someone from customer service or quality control wants to see it,
