If someone have an emergency in Lewistown MT and need help this is the location you need to reach ,very friendly and was very very helpful .Can't thank them enough
MD TYour people are great. Your APP is ridiculous and cumbersome. There needs to be an alternate way to reserve/get/ return equipment. My cell service was spotty at this location and the hold time to get a live person when your day is timed/ planned out was very frustrating. Every time I logged in there was no reservation under my name/ account. This is yet another account I had to

dennis jdrop off was quick and easy.
Michael KThe app wouldn't allow me to check in. I tried for 30 to 45 minutes with no luck. Another customer was there experiencing the same issues, so I know it wasn't just me. He was finally able to check his trailer in using the app. I had to have the agent check my trailer in days later. Luckily, my trailer was not due until the next business day. Frustrating

Steven THad probs with the electronic return Sunday. Hard day of moving coupled with an older cellphone made a bad combo. Called AP Glass this am and they were very helpful.
VERN TIt is completely my fault that I didn't check the milage when I picked up the truck. When I dropped it off they say that I had driven it for 125 miles. I was allowed 68 and had to pay the difference. I had only driven 66 miles but was charged for all 125. Next time I will take pictures of the odometer for proof.

Rich MWould like to know why I was charged for an after hours service fee. Trailer was dropped off at location the same day it was picked up. This location was closed, but no one had to come in after hours or anything. trailer was checked in the following morning.

parker AChange your policy for gas levels. The only fair way is to have gas tank on full when a customer picks up vehicle and require all customers to return vehicle with a full tank of gas. Guessing how much gas a vehicle will use that you have no idea what kind of gas mileage it gets is very unfair.

AUSTIN SHave a trailer available at the reserved location rather than 200 miles away; hitches should be equipped with a jack for the larger trailers. I have to think this is a major issue. The scheduler and attendant at the pick up location were very accommodating. It appears U-haul has major management issues.
