However, he did not explain that the company would require me to pay double the initial amount if I didn't have my items out by the 3rd month. As all businesses are in business to make money - it is UTTER GREED to charge almost $400 for rental space. This market needs to be regulated!! I will use a POD if or when I am in need of storage space again.

Always felt safe when we went there. Staff friendly and helpful. We're going to miss it but recently retired and downsizing now!

Wayne J | Expérience généraleThe people at the facility were super nice. Whoever they report to was clearly not suited for customer service nor did they have any management skills. My spot was getting muddy during some rain, and I asked the people on site if they put rock down to maintain the boat/rv storage in the back. They said that I was responsible for maintaining my space. I told them about how my boat and jet ski trailers sunk several inches into the mud due to rain, and asked if they had any plans to add rocks to prevent that. They said no. So, I did it myself, and let them know I got rid of the weeds, bought some rock/gravel and laid it in my space. They seemed appreciative, and I asked if I could get some sort of credit to my account for doing so since it cost me about $180, and a few days of my time to do it. They said they would ask their manager. I got an email from the manager reprimanding me for what I had done. The fact is I shouldn't have to do any improvements. The moment I reported my stuff sinking into the mud the manager should have come up with a solution to address that. After I read the scathing email I decided it was time to move on. I will NEVER come back nor recommend Argyle Forest Storage.

Wathing for long time, told many time not fix it, no wather to clean the boat, very unsatisfied. I will not recommend this storage to not one.
