Did not have the correct size truck reserved a 26 foot was given a 15 foot. This caused me to have to drive twice as many miles. I would like a 50 % reduction on my mileage charge. Please contact me.

The only problem was there was no one there in the building like there was supposed to and the truck wasn't where it said it was. It was behind the storage buildings not on the side. Had I been someone that wasn't good at using technology it wouldn't have been easy to get my truck.

Clean inside of truck where furniture and others household goods will be loaded and transported. Blankets were also not folded and placed in a pile.

Could not get intouch with the locations operator. The lady online was wonderful and answered all my questions. I was a first time renter and in a bind with a date to move my trailer.

Was cancelled due to price change. Thought I was renting a unit for 57.00. At the end it suddenly became 70.00. It was advertised at 57.

The right side mirror seemed to be broken. We would set it and it would fall making it dangerous to merge right due to lack of vision. Please fix for the next person.

I never was able to talk to anyone at this location. They are never there!! I left multiple messages with no return call. Josh Ward finally took care of my return. He is a great employee for UHaul.

Service your trucks and add dollies

I ask for a dolly, furniture dolly, and 2 dozens blankets and when I got there it was only the truck!! This has happened the last two times I have rent from you.

Safety hazard due to inoperable lights on passenger side of the vehicle, no taillight/right turn signal/ brake light and reverse lights. Vehicles need to be inspected prior to being rented out.

Be sure you are open when you say you are. I arrived during business to drop off and it was closed. Had to drop off key in box and the box said there would be a charge all very confusing.

The man that was running the shop was very very polite and very well informing I do appreciate dealing with someone like him

There was no overview of the truck. The cab was dirty. The steering wheel shook when applying the brakes. This made for an unpleasant experience driving from Alabama to Florida.

Trailer had a good bit of damage to it and nothing got logged down before we got it and then the site for me to go would not up load the pictures and then locked me out so I couldn't get back in.... Then at drop off, store was closed and I called the # on the rental agreement like it said and the girl I spoke with was very rude and basically hung up on me so we just parked the trailer and left it

The call center experience was not good. Lengthy wait times, and not able to speak with the local contact. Also the website indicated a trailer was available at a closer location, but that was not the case.

My experience using the online pick up and waiting 30 minutes for customer service on the phone for help was terrible. I wasted an hour in the parking lot of your location trying to pick up my rental.

The lady at this location was friendly and helpful. She made this experience very easy and fast. I will definitely be using this location the next time I need to move furniture.

You can have a person there to check vehicles in and out. Using the mobile app was a nightmare! If you want me to do all your work then you should pay me instead of me paying you. Never again.

The original location that was sent thru the text said it was available for pick up at 10:00am. When I called to schedule the appointment, I asked for 8:00am pick up. The day before pick up, I got a text that it would be available for pick up at 10 and to call and confirm. Only problem was I got the text at 5:30 and location was closed. Within 10 min of trying to call them, I received another text saying it would be available for pick up after 10:30. I showed up at 10:30 and no one was their. I had to go to the original place that was stated on the email and very luckily they had an available truck. I also got another text message after getting the truck that my original order was available for pick up after 11:30. The lady at the place I got the truck said it was not uncommon for them to either be really late or not even show up and she receives all the complaints. The location on 609 Stewart st sw. in Hartselle, Al should be shut down. I had hired someone to help me move and this Waisted over 2 hours of our time and I was paying them by the hour so I lost more money because they can not come to work on time. I will not use or recommend that location again.

My pickup location had to be changed after 45 minutes of waiting on another store to open. I had 10:30am scheduled p/u and at 11:15 am they were still not taking calls or opening the doors. I was offered no compensation even when I had to drive to a different location and lose an hour of my move day.

I didn't receive a confirmation text the day before. Since I was expecting one with the guarantee, it made me nervous that maybe they wouldn't be open, etc. It worked out in the end. It would also be nice if they would allow you to park at their office for day moves instead of having to park at Hardees and walk back.

I arrived at pickup location at my set pickup time. Door to office was locked. I rang the doorbell thinking there was a resident manager inside. No one came to the door. I then looked around the property for someone to help me. There was no one to be found. I returned to the office door and found a phone number and called. The woman who answered said that she was inside the office and that the door was not locked. I went inside and the first thing she says to me was I was in the bathroom what do you expect me to do leave the door unlocked? Not I'm sorry I had to lock the door while I was in the bathroom. This was after she told me the door was not locked. She also wanted to argue that there was no doorbell after I told her I rang it so we had to go and look at it to verify there was one. I ran a retail business for over 20 years and I assure you attitudes like this woman's will put you out of business. I was in Hartselle to take care of some very emotional business and this experience did nothing but heighten the anxiety associated with the trip. I will not return to this location as there is no semblance of professionalism. The drop off in Auburn was the exact opposite, very helpful and polite. A pleasure to do business with.

We called this store and was told we could drop off the trailer at 7am. No one was there! We just left the trailer and left! If i had know no one was there i would have left it the night before instead of trying to find a motel thst i could park my truck and trailer! 3 motels later i finally could park!

They were excellent. We thought we had an issue since we reserved for use right after a holiday, but they quickly and courtesely took care of us. Very professional.
