The cell service was bad on everyone’s phones (different carriers) so the app kept crashing the locks on the key box were pretty much rusted and wouldn’t turn and when the code was right it took a very large man to open the lock making getting the truck a nightmare!

Dropped truck off a day early, business was closed in the middle of the day on Friday. Tried calling Monday, still closed. They finally checked the truck in on Tuesday and charged me for 4 extra days. Now I have to wait until they can contact Uhaul for a refund. If you're never going to be open, then at least pay attention when checking things in and not over charge because you were closed for a week. With so many uhaul neighborhood dealers, why allow someone to do it that's never open?
Bryant SVery disappointed in this location. Location was closed without any kind of notice or directions for customers that had selected in store pick up. Thankfully I had rented a truck from another location recently and knew that they had key boxes. I called customer service and the representative was able to change my reservation to online pick up and provide me with an access code to get the keys. The appliance dolly that I rented was not inside the truck. Leaving me without the equipment I was charged for. I had to find another U-Haul location and pay for another dolly. 1 out of 10 rating for this location

Karl SOverall a great experience. One of the rear tires had very low pressure. I had to pay to have the tire filled to proper pressure as the U-Haul location did not have the required facilities to fill the tire.
