I was prepared to drop off my truck at the location the night before it was due, but saw the receipt stated I should drop off during business hours. I came back the next morning and was sent a text message to begin checking in the truck using the mobile app. The staff working at this drop off location came out after I'd checked in the truck and told me they don't take drop offs (my receipt address for drop off and their store address were the same). They then asked me to drive the truck to the Uhaul location 5 minutes down the road, which I did. The gentleman at this second location listened to my experience and although he said they too didn't usually check in Uhauls, he said not to worry and he'd take care of it, then he wished me a good day.
Jo RLow tire, had to fill it myself. Nail was stuck in tire I found out as I was filling it. All tires had different air pressure and no place to park when I returned the van
