First of all I wasn’t suppose to drop it off at this location I made an appointment to drop it off at another location then was told when I got there that I have to go to another location, now using more of my gas I had to drop it off and the helpers weren’t very helpful, they didn’t know what was going on and didn’t seem like they knew I was coming after I just called them. They were also a little rude to me when I told them I had to drop it off here

Called the u-haul call center to make reservation. Someone from the call center called back and confirmed the appointment. I was sent a different address from the one I was supposed to be picking up from. So I drove to that location then had to call the center again once I was told that the original address location did not rent u-haul trailers any longer. It was frustrating to say the least. However, the owners of A-Z food Mart made up for U-haul's mistakes by being courtesy and understanding.

Very POOR system for truck pick up. And I reserved my truck on the phone with your personal confirmed pick up location AND still you sent me out of my way. NOBODY said it was express pick up and we waited an hour for employee to show up so we could finalize our deal. AND there were other people waiting as well.

First, I want to commend Joshua Mercado who helped get me going after a terrible start. I went to Uhaul in Deptford last Wednesday to inquire about renting a 15' truck for Saturday. Gave my name and phone number and told them I'd see them at 7 AM Saturday so I can get an early start to the shore before traffic. Friday night, I get a call and text to pick up the truck in Magnolia. I called to find out it's a Sunoco. I asked the woman on the phone how I would get the keys the next day and she said I would be sent a code. I drove up to the Sunoco and they didn't know what was going on. I went home and registered then found out the next morning that I had to be outside the Sunoco to get the code. (I don't know what would happen if I didn't have a smart phone). It didn't work anyway when I tried to bring it up. I called the woman back who called me the night before but no answer. No one was at the Sunoco who could help me. I had to drive back to the original Uhaul and was told to go back to the Sunoco and someone would call me. I finally was on the road an hour later at 8:00. After the move I decided to return it that afternoon so I wouldn't have to deal with it in the morning and the same thing. I couldn't bring it up on my phone when I returned to Sunoco, no one working there had any idea of what to do so I had to call Joshua back who helped me turn the truck in. I don't know why I couldn't just get the keys from a human being, pay them then turn the keys in again to another human being when finished.

The 20 something U-Haul person knew less than I did about the trailer and hooking it up. I had read the on-line information on the trailer rental fortunately or the trailer would have fallen off when I tried to leave. Very unsure as I left that the trailer was hooked up correctly. Evidently it was OK because we made it to Clearwater, FL safely. It would be really good to have someone who knows what they were doing to help get you on your way. Watching a video on your phone while your 3 or 4 year old is competing for attention just is not good business nor does it instill confidence in the renter.

A message to better explain the express check in process would be nice. I had no idea that you needed to check in days before to ensure you were approved. After 45 minutes of waiting, I wouldn’t consider that express.

I was overcharged and the extra charges/insursnce policies were not explained to me at all (I was supposed to be charged 14 for insurance and was charged 18). I will not be renting from Uhaul again.

UHaul lists the wrong address for this location so I had a lot of trouble finding it. The staff was really helpful
