Great staff.
Paul FelsteinTruck was dirty. Associate did not explain things thoroughly, just told me to go to the app. 3 dealers tried to give me a different size than reserved. I had to do a lot of extra phone work.

Fernando MadridFolks in the office were great, however no easy parking once off the street. This the "average" rating. When you pull off the street there is nowhere to go or turn around for the average driver. I was able to back it into a tight spot, but someone who does not drive trucks, would have been able to maneuver the unit and possibly struck or hit another car or keypad.

Christian hagbergI was told the truck was brand new but it had garbage and peanuts all over the floor, it wreaked of cigarette smoke and had cigarette ashes in the cup holders. I understand that other people use these, but can they. It be cleaned before the next renter?

Steve WipprechtAlthough the people at this location were very nice, i had a bad experience not 2 miles from the location when the trailer popped off my hitch due to a dip in the road causing some pretty bad damage to my spare tire rim ( jeep wrangler ) I have rented from Uhaul many times over the last couple years and drive with a trailer every day for work and have never had 1 just fly off the hitch like it did today. Hoping the insurance they provided can assist me with the damages.

Ryan RiosI had made booked the units 2 weeks in advanced for 5AM pick up. I get to the location trying to do the pick up and wasn't able too. I was on the phone with UHUAL trying to figure out what happened and no one could tell me. Finally after talking to about 9 different people they told me that the location forgot to set it up. Wasted almost 3 hrs and finally got the truck.

Matthew AustinI was not pleased with my overall U-Haul moving experience. I made my original reservation in mid-April for a 15 foot truck. Our move was scheduled for July 9 and we were to pick up the truck on the 8th from the Citrus Road location in Goodyear. On the 3rd of July I started to receive texts from U-Haul asking me to tow loaded trailers to various locations in the US southwest, for which I would be paid $250. Within 3 hours of opting out of those texts, I received a call informing me that my new pickup location would be at AZ Storage Center on McDowell Rd., and that there were no 15' trucks available. Since I didn't have a choice, I went to pick up the truck at that location on the 8th. When I arrived, the lady working there was very professional and courteous (probably the only nice part of this whole ordeal) and got me out relatively quickly. Unfortunately, the supplies that I had pre-ordered (and paid for) for the move were at the Citrus Rd location, so I had to go back there to pick up my supplies. There were several employees working inside who seemed to be just relaxing and doing nothing (the ones not with customers) and the young man who helped me was pleasant enough, but he put all of my supplies in one area of the store and just told me I could take them from there. I saw a cart in a different part of the store and asked if I could use it and was informed that I could. He should have taken the initiative to offer the cart to me when he first started stacking up my supplies. Overall, I was not happy with this part of my U-Haul experience as the places I was taking the truck to did not have a lot of space for larger trucks.

Alan BaumanI rented a trailer 6x12 with a ramp but the ramp opening was smaller than the trailer so I couldn't load up my rig, so I took it back about an hour later and got charge for the whole day

ERIN BLOMSTRANDThey didn't call to confirm then tried to cancel our appointment for being 10 minutes late, the lady was rude, then we were told we were only allowed to keep it until 4:15 when we'd booked for the whole day and then when we got there at 4:15 there was no one there to even take the truck. This location needs some serious help with customer service and I was highly disappointed. Because I couldn't keep the truck the 8 hours I booked I had to book a second day which I think is a money grabbing move by uhaul and a pretty dishonest business practice.
