I had the worst experience I've had while renting a moving truck. I need a supervisor to call me immediately. I'm not paying for a truck that barley drove as well as the terrible customer service I received.

We ordered blankets and were charged for them but i did not receive them.
A few things: The truck battery almost die. the wheel driver isn't alignment. Was a couple of cockroach inside the cargo area. My appointment to pick up was at 10 and they attended me until 11. sorry but its the truth.
Make sure you have a. Hecklist if items in the order did not have dolly pads not furniture movers which I rented and was anyway charged for. Very dissatisfied. Please fix this asap and refund my equipment rental plus the $50 reservation guarantee because the place was closed at assigned time had to wait til 10am when I was picking up at 9 am to retrieve equipment super angry about this. Please fix asap
There weren't other options to Chose if you needed a swap out and i order 2 equipment and they weren't even in the truck.
Great Customer Service and the mobile feature is an added bonus so you can pick/up and drop/off anytime.
$20.00 after hours service fee was never discussed nor warranted since the key went into an exterior box. TOld office would be open when I returened and it was closed.

Fix how you charge people I was over charge because they did not have the right miles on the paper then in the van
