Little bit confusing on where to find truck keys but managed to get it . Also originally ordered dolly with truck but did not receive it I explained this to front desk and they said they'd have the seven dollar charge removed but it was still on bill. Overall thought it was a good experience.

Convenient location large area to park truck. Had to search a bit for the location of the key lock box though

I know that we had the vehicle on a closed day so just being able to refund the cost would have been best for us.

Michael PrestridgeThe facility we picked up from was great! My down fall is uhaul itself. Was told they didn't have my reservation available they put me with someone else that was 1/12 out of my way 3 hrs total drive time instead of asking me would I rather do that or we could give you a smaller unit. Instead I was transferred to 10 different people with no solution. Ended up handling it myself with the facility. Then I return the rental less than 1 1/2 late and I'm charged for a whole day! Needless to say I would never use uhaul again nor offer it to anyone I know. I will definitely use someone else next time

Walter sheafferScheduled the pickup of my trailer several days in advance for a 4pm pickup on Friday. I arrived before 4pm on Friday and AAA was closed already. I called their number but only got their voicemail. I called UHAUL who instructed me I could not pickup the trailer without someone inspecting the hook-up. We rescheduled for Saturday morning (your UHAUL phone team was very professional and helpful). I was suppose to be at my destination Saturday morning. AAA offered a very insincere apology and clearly could care less that I was now WAY behind schedule AND had to load my trailer in heavy rain. Absolutely unacceptable to have a scheduled pickup and no one on site. AND I had to still pay full price for the rental. I truly hope UHAUL has some level of accountability with AAA to rectify the complete incompetence and lack of professionalism.

He already had my payment information from the day before and told me everything was good. SO why am i being threatend with a credit collection saying I owe a late fee of 30 when this bill was paid on the day i returned it. June 8,2022.??
christy eckI only got 3/8 of gas and I didn't know I should have took a picture to prove this because they had put down 1/2 tank and when It was to be.returned I had to put 1/2 tank back then my total invoice was 330 they took out on my debit card on June 15 but on June 8 I paid them 218,18 I should have just had to pay the difference but I had to pay 548,18 up front I wasn't aware of some of the hidden fees such as environmental fees and that I had 750 miles included in the weekly rental they should inform you of these things in advance. I washed and cleaned the inside.for the next person but mine was not clean.
Brenda GreenDo not use this location for drop off. The staff here will not assist in unhitching your trailer. I had shoulder surgery and informed them and they still would not assist. They said they are not a U-Haul location. They are a drop off location only and their insurance will not allow them to help you at all not one bit. So be prepared to lift a heavy trailer off your tow hitch on a slight incline yourself.

Lawrence CashenIt would be extremely helpful to install a lower step to aid in entering/ exiting the cab of the trucks. The height of the first step on the 15 foot truck, in particular, is quite high. You must use both arms to enter and when exiting you literally drop to ground. To me this is a possible safety issue. Also, the pulldown strap on the cargo door is too short requiring one to climb onto rear bumper in order to reach the strap and pull the door down.
David WillbanksThe back of the truck has used cat litter in it; it stunk. The gas tank was below what was stated and they said they couldn't contest it, that I would have to do it. We did no walk around inspection of the truck as I have done on all other occasions when renting from Uhaul. It was raining though. The staff was friendly.
