When I made the reservation, I requested pads/blankets. When I got there, they did not have any. Some of my furniture got scratched in the move. Unacceptable.
Stephen GarnerBe more user friendly for older people. Be more helpful for Veterans needing your services. When you say you will call by a certain time there should be no exceptions to that even if you call to say you are still working on an issue.
Robert HillNothing, everything was wonderful in the turn-in process. Kathy was most helpful, polite, friendly and courteous. You should appreciate an attentive employee like her. I would definitely seek her out when planning my next move.

EDWARD MORELSo the hours on the website are wrong. Says closed Sundays. Also there is no lock box at this location and that is what was sold to me, that I could do mobile checkout and that is not possible at this location on any day. Thankfully I went to the location on Saturday and the staff took outstanding care of me on checkout and check-in when I was completed. The staff at this location was all about customer service, professional, and just plain outstanding. I didn't catch her name, but she is what made this experience Great, and she should be recognized for it. Merci

Shawn ShawThis is not the fault of this location. The U-Haul scheduling was screwed up. They changed my pick up and drop off location several times. This added mileage and I went over but they charged me anyway even though it was their fault for changing the locations. They also did not set up the contract correctly so the phone app would not recognize the contract and I still had to wait in line on both ends.
andrew egerI requested a dozen blankets for my reservations and there were not supplied. Made my move very difficult on top of it raining that day.

james wilsonI rented a 10 ft truck on Saturday and returned it at 5:30 pm - the office was closed by then but the lady had told me when I picked up the truck that morning that I could return it and put the keys in the drop box. When they sent me the receipt I was SHOCKED to see that I had been overcharged by an extra 19,95 when I returned it the same day - PLUS I was charged for furniture pads and a dolly - neither of which I ordered OR RECEIVED - there were no furniture pads or dolly on the truck, I was overcharged by $44. Mark SeetinI was charged for an 80 miles on contract due to having to go back and forth to pick up car transporter. The transporter was incorrectly hooked up, and came off when I tried to place car on it 3 times. Have to go to two separate locations to get the equipment I reversed. AAA Storage for truck- Chester, Va Grease Monkey for transporter- Midlothain, Va (the next day)

KURT BYRONI was scheduled to pick up the truck from the titan auto chester location. I was not informed of the switch in location until after waiting 15 minutes at this location for someone to wait on me. The truck I was supposed to rent was not on the lot at ellerslie. The representive who helped me was the only plus of this confusing day for us. She made the rental happen and I appreciate all that she did assist us. The whole transaction was terrible with espection of this young lady helping us

DANA LYONWe arrived late at night. I had a problem parking the 26ft. truck in such a small area because of poor lighting. I called to follow up on the rental truck and the customer service was fine.

Joey LongFiasco. This office lied and held me financially responsible. The knowingly submitted payment on a card that I did not authorize them to use and ignored my telling them NOT to submit to that card. They would not take a cash or money order payment. They lied and told their area supervisor that they had informed me if the non-cash method of payment.
JERI EVANSChanging pickup facility to a location 45 minutes away from me 2 days before was a big problem. When I spoke with the 800 number U Haul customer service, I got the feeling the person could care less. I will take my business elsewhere in the future. The person who waited on me at AAAA on Saturday morning was very helpful. My issue is with the U-Haul reservations system, not AAAA.
