Equipment was not available. Truck had garbage in it when I picked it up.

Never checked in truck, received call from uhaul next day telling me this. So I'm now waiting on my deposit that I should've received already

I was charged way more than expected.

When I dropped the u haul off I specifically told the worker how much fuel was left and that I left it with a little over what I got it with. He marked at a quarter tank which is was about halfway between quarter and half tank. Becuase of this I was charged 20 something dollars which I would not mind had the personal read the gauge correctly.

The key was missing from the box and I had to get in touch with the workers to get it. Thank God they were still inside or else I would not get the truck! Also, the back of the truck had rose petals in many places that were not cleaned. I did not clean them as well (I was transporting a sectional.) I hope I won't be charged for that.

There were empty water bottles in the cab. The floor of the cargo space was not totally clean- oil on the back wheel area

I wanted to pick up vehicle in Middletown but my pickup location was changed by you. This location is NOT open on Saturdays, which is when I picked up my vehicle causing me additional work. If there was a problem with the vehicle I would have been up the creek. ALL LOCATIONS SHOULD BE OPEN ON SATURDAY!!!

You can not rent trucks that are in disrepair. My truck had issues that caused me to bring it back early and I was charged extra!!!

I ordered 2 hand carts and they were not on location not good also on another rental which I had to cancel I needed a car transporter in Oakland MD dispatch and customer service said none were available so they sent me to WV I drove past oakland there we’re two transporters and a car dolly I was told your computer system only tracks 50 miles terrible you need to get ideas from Amazon about trafficking

Truck was in bad shape. Check engine light was on. Transmission seemed to be lagging.

Vehicle had to be returned to Middletown location. Engine belt was very noisy and back tire felt like there was something wrong with it. Also windshield had a crack in it.

The truck was not clean. I had to clean because it was muddy and with lots of trash in the truck. I took pictures of the truck cabin and after it was cleaned. Was not offered any discount for cleaning the truck

Truck was ready when expected. Did not have all the blankets I ordered but manager arranged for us to obtain them from another uhaul location nearby. Truck ran well. Return was easy after hours.

There were minor pieces of trash still in the truck and the facility did not have any of the blankets or dollies I requested.

I did not appreciate getting a call from Uhaul at 10:00 asking me to have truck back around 12 as it has been rented for that time. When I placed my reservation I expressed 8:30-12:30 rental.

Refund my fuel charge. The woman at the checkin was great. We let her know that the tank was not full. She said she would note it. Today I received an email with the receipt for the rental including a fuel charge. I called the place and spoke with Gary who said he could not credit me and that he did not know about the fuel. He told me I had to wait for the manager. I have pictures of the gas gauge and the mileage at pick up and drop off and the receipt for the gas. I would like a refund.

My rented uhaul was placed in the far back, between two other uhauls (fine).. however, in front of my rental uhaul truck at probably about 12 ft in front was another uhaul... very difficult to get the uhaul out and of course no one there to help. That was most frustrating

Uhaul online didn't have clear numbers layed out. I drove 100 miles and was charged $300 plus which was unexpected and ridiculous I will never rent u haul again. I also put 30$ gas in the truck 10 gallons and then I was charged 45$ more. By uhaul because they say it had a Half Tank. That means I paid $75 for gas of 100 miles. So furious with experience

Cassandra was beyond helpful and i needed a truck very last minute and fortunately she saved the day and due to her efforts and her wonderful husband im alot less stressed as a result. Bottom line game changer

Truck was absolutely filthy, missing the whole middle where you can place cups and keys etc.... black sticky filth all over inside, engine ran like it was going to explode at any moment, barely accelerated.

Nothing to improve. I was honestly very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and ease of the process. I was also very impressed by the thoroughness of the uhaul truck rental and return systems. Fortement recommandé!

This location for U-Haul rental truck is fantastic. When moving day comes, it usually rains although this time it was Hurricane Isaias. I was able to pick up the truck earlier than scheduled and it saved a lot of worr. Thank you!!

The truck is old and well used (159 000 miles), there is a lot of travel in the steering wheel and some concerns about wheel alignment. I didn't feel very safe driving it. There was also multiple spots of blood in the back of the truck. It looked like someone cut themselves and kept wiping it on the walls of the truck, that was nasty. When I checked in, the system wasn't working so I never officially checked the truck out, the guy working there processed it after I left. When I returned, he was on a call and advised a coworker to ask me to leave the keys. So I never really checked the truck in or out. I only have my original reservation email and a confirmation email after the fact. The whole process was a bit funky, check in/out, an older truck that left some operational concerns and a blood marked inside of the box. I was not satisfied with the vehicle at all and couldn't wait to shower when I got out. I would like to be contacted regarding this rental and what can be done to address these issues.

No one reviewed the condition of the truck or the gas tank status. The tank was only a 1/4 full when we got the truck. The paper work said 7/8's full, which i didn't realize as I was in a hurry to get the storage facility before they closed. I returned my truck with a 1/4 tank just as i had received, only to be charged $64 dollars in gas. BIg discrepancy. I'm disputing the charge now.
