They asked me to put my keys in a lock box, but did not give a lock box combination. There was nobody there (I was returning after hours), so I had to call the UHaul line and leave my keys in a nearby building.

THEODORE MAlthough the truck was less than 2K, a/c was inoperable. I made a 275 miles trip over 85 degrees hot. I ended up all sweet.
WILFREDO Gi was charged twice (on two separate days) for my rental. Not counting the'hold' amount charged when i picked up the truck. i only had the truck for one evening. aamco , where i rented, confirms this. i have photos and evidence! yet uhaul refuses to correct the charging error
CHRIS GDifficult process with the numerous photos etc that you have to take/submit. I've used UHAUL in the past & never remember having to go through all that!
Greg COverall our pick up/drop off experience was good. Originally we ordered a cargo van. About 2 hours later we received a call the cargo van was not available. We were upgraded to a 15' van. We only had a few pieces to move, but we needed to do it on a particular day. We accepted the upgrade at the cargo van price. The day before we are to pick up the 15', we get a message, it's not available for us, now we are upgraded to a 26' truck. First, we definitely didn't need that much truck, but we had to move the items the next day. We didn't have a choice. Driving that was quite challenging in a college town. I would hope in the future, when vehicles are reserved, U-haul will do a better job of knowing their inventory so the customer is given what they reserved.
James HNothing against the location, but the uhual app was terrible to work with. Really slow, spent 20-30 minutes taking pictures and filling out questions just for it not to process anything at the end, leaving me to just have to leave the keys in the drop box with out doing the app return process
Ashley WDrive 30 minutes out of my way to pick up a truck. Took me another 30 minutes to find the lock box to find no keys for the truck I reserved. Called customer service. Took another 30 minutes for her to find another truck closest. Drove another 15 miles to get. Worst experience I've ever had with UhAul.

Thomas PThe air conditioning wasn't working. My dog practically died of heat stroke. I wasn't even told and the attendant knew it wasn't working.

Charles BI called and left a Voicemail regarding Drop-Off, and Uhaul Contract Extension. They called me back 2 days later and the Lady was Polite and Helpful. I Never had any Direct Dealings with any of their Staff other than through the phone. They were closed both times when I arrived.
Charles BContact the customer by phone the day before, as stated when the reservation is made. I was only sent an unspecific text. Make sure to have all of the ordered equipment available, or let the customer know what won't be available beforehand. I showed up expecting 3 dozen blankets, only to be told that they weren't normally stocked. Why couldn't I have been told that ahead of time so I didn't have to scramble to make other arrangements?

Wahidullah FNothing. This location was easy to find, easy to get the trailer I needed and was fast, friendly and courteous.

Okasha Dhad order furniture pads with the truck and they had none.

Kristina SYour customer care centre called us to let us know the trailer we rented needed to be moved in Minnesota otherwise you were going to tow it and charge it to my credit card. We never rented a trailer rather a truck. we went from Nashville to Indiana, PA hence we weren't near Minnesota. We had already received a receipt that our after hour drop off was returned. Your company seems very poorly organized and and not well stocked. Very disappointing experience.

GREGORY DWe rented 5x8 trailer in 2020 same distance this year. cost 2020 $291 . this time surmised would cost a bit more, but same thing cost $879.12.!!!!! talk about shock . it was not an option to cancel. .Seniors on a budget had everything ready to go. we called 724 900 2600. asking for reduction very umprofessional and arrogant.(Man) called 1800 u haul nothing. called 8007893638 no help!! custome support 1800 468 4285. worthless. called Joe Shoen 602-390 6525 his recording says to text him no call backs so we did NOTHING!! All we want is a price break and our poor credit card credited back .THREE times the amount of last year. Put the hurt on us. everyone we called were again worthless. so disappointed and disgusted.TCB

Cathrine BVery friendly staff from beginning to end. The lady who set me up for the trailer rental was extremely helpful with a great personality. The service technicians who hooked up and detached the trailer were very punctual and friendly too. This center represents UHAUL very well.
FOSTER Kit was more than what the ad said when i went to pick it up it took all the money i had i was told only 39,96 i had to pay 72 i don't knowvwhy

DANIEL SNot many units (1 truck and 1 trailer) on the lot, but they had what I needed, were prompt and courteous with the paperwork, and they even hooked it up for me (I guess they have to now in this sue-happy world), but I am already quite used to towing a trailer (21 foot ProLite Classic) so this was a breeze for me! The "after hours turn in" by phone didn't work so well for me, as I had left the contract at home when I dropped off my load, and didn't have my contract number with me. So I dropped the trailer, went home and got the contract and drove BACK to the lot (you can't do this if you're not physically at the drop off location!), and completed the turn in process on my phone.

Terrance HMy interactions with the employee who set me up with my truck at the location were very good. However, I reserved a 15 ft. truck and was given a 10 ft. truck. This isn't that big of an issue in the end (I was able to squeeze everything I needed to into the 10ft truck), but I was charged for a 15ft truck as opposed to a 10ft truck. It seems I ended up paying extra for less space.
Michael KI used the 24 hour drop off here and there was an issue with the app, it would not let me upload picture of gauges. I did only have 1 signal bar on my phone so not sure if that was why but did let customer service agent know this so I would not be charged the extra $20 fee.
