Donald HensleyThe truck I reserved was not there as the previous renter did not return it on time. The manager did call me and apologized (I know it wasn't his fault) but I had to get a much larger, expensive truck and there was no offer to discount or anything. I waited 3 hours for my truck while my hired help sat and did nothing. The dolly I reserved was not there and the one iv ended up having to get did not work well for my move.

Marty HausbergerWanted to rent 10' truck for a day but Uhaul website showed and I was told when I called that none were available, so I rented a 15'. When I arrived at the lot there sat a 10' truck. The gentleman onsite said it was available so we made the switch, but obviously a disconnect between what was on the lot and what was shown online. Otherwise service was very good; lot owner/operator helpful, efficient. Only suggestion: there was a large mudhole next to where the truck was parked and where we left our vehicle that made access difficult. A little gravel would resolve that problem.

eddie williamsThe service was great. The truck was in good shape. We had a smooth transaction. The only issues were that the dolly we received was bent and covered in mud. We also were not able to get the furniture blankets we had received for the day. It was a good experience though.

dirk richardsThere was nobody at the location when I dropped the truck and tow dolly back. The place was closed for 3 days, but I returned it when I was supposed to. I parked it in the secure/video controlled lot.

Michael ProkopPrice is just too high they advertise $29 a day for the truck but I had to pay so much a mile that it cost me $400 plus $150 full. I was out $550 for using it just one day.

ROY BARKERMy son dropped the trailer at the wrong lot. Instead of telling him to proceed on to the correct lot in Jackson they double charged me. of course the bigwigs snicker and grab the coins. I AM HIGHLY DISPLEASED! Every business needs to survive or I would get on reviews and trash talk all local U-hauls. In case you didn't get it I don't like it!

STEVEN KAUFMANNThe back of the cargo area was scratched to pieces and paint gone. It looked l aweful. On the inside up front someone had smoked and it wasn't even cleaned out. I cleaned it out before returning it. The key barely worked the ignition. I couldn't even get out of the parking lot without the guy having to come out and say"oh you have to jerk it to the left, and then the key will turn to start'. Apparently they had a new key made and it half works. So every time I turned off the uhaul I would have to fight with it for 5 minutes to get it to start back because the key wouldn't turn.

PEARL BRADLEYHave a full-time attendant at the drop-off location to represent UHaul, discuss payments made OR payments due, detach and inspect the rental trailer for the customer instead of the customer having to do it, and review the contract before making unauthorized charges to make sure customer isn't double-paying for extra days. I contacted UHaul about these charges and still haven't received my credit for the late charges I acquired by not having an attendant at the drop-off site for 2 days. If this isn't "made right"....I will NEVER use UHaul again. Shame too, because other than drop-off, I WAS ecstatic about this rental.

ANDREW ALEXANDERTruck had no AC, not a good thing on a 94 degree day. Seats looked like upholstery was about to come off. Truck smelled like mold. Couldn't adjust the drivers mirror. Truck pulled to the left while driving if you got over 35mph. Picked truck up and the gas hand was below the "E" mark, thankful gas station was close by. Definitely not the uhaul type of rental I have experienced with company before. On a good note this location employees I dealt with was very nice and courtesy.
