Explain that there is a minimum of a 3 day rental on a trailer. Not just say that it'll be taken off when we return it early.

reed sThe owners here were very disorganized, not on time when they asked us to come early to pick up the truck so they could go to the home and garden show, told us they would get us an extra day due to snow, bad wind on the way to our new place, but did not and did not answer my email when I asked about it no appearing on the contract. I have not had trouble before with many uhaul renting experiences, this was a negative one.
Christine SPeople were super nice. They helped me to make things easier. They were clearly following Haulmark rules, but also cared. A good balance. It seems to me haulmark would be hard to please. Not that fond of so many money making rules.

Erik WA & C Milling saved the day for me after another U Haul dealer, Aces Storage, completely fouled up. I had reserved a car hauler trailer at Aces confirmed on the telephone even giving credit card info etc and received the order online later which I confirmed. On the day of pickup Aces didn't have the trailer and expected me to call corporate to see about a fix. Very poor customer service and I would rate Aces a ZERO. But A & C Milling had what I needed, and I was able to get the Trailer that day but over three hours later than what I had anticipated. The whole staff there were helpful and I wasn't tasked with a ridiculous after hours return process like Aces Storage wanted me to do. In a nutshell, A & C Milling U Haul, top notch 5 stars. Aces Storage U Haul, Piss-poor in every way and zero stars. They should not even be allowed to represent U Haul in any way.

Josh CThe steps were covered in ice. Slipped getting in there. There's also a leak in the back axel that made a huge mess in both lications. Also got charged to have the tow dolly for 5 days when I only had it Monday and tuesday.

CARMELA LI cannot believe that in all of Cortez, Co you had 1 truck available for rental. What are we the red headed step child. Would highly recommend the location, but not U-Haul.
Larry BMy original pick-up location was in Dolores, CO at the Dolores General Store. I called in the morning to confirm my pick-up at 3:00pm which they said would be no problem. However, when I arrived at 2:37pm they were closed with sign in the window to notify customers of reduced hours that week. I was unable to reach anyone and was lucky to find another trailer nearby. I would NOT recommend the Dolores General Store for U-Haul services in the future.
