The people at A and G Collision were so friendly and got me in and out super fast. I had a very small window of time and they were on the ball!! Great service

Mariana MI had reserved an appliance dolly along with my truck rental, but the dolly was not in the truck when I picked it up. Since the rental office was closed at the time of check out, there was no one to help with the missing equipment. I contacted U-Haul customer service and was told they would note my issue and I might receive a refund for the cost of the dolly after I return the truck, if a supervisor chooses to approve a refund. Not having the dolly I reserved made it difficult to move my appliances.

Sheila SThey did not tell me what their hours were so I had to call to make sure it was okay to leave the tow dolly out front with no protection so I had to call multiple times to verify I wouldn't be responsible if someone stole it. I returned it by 1:45pm on a Saturday and the business was closed so the equipment will probably sit outside for two nights without being checked on.
Ricky NAll I could get was a pickup for the day box trucks where reserved and I had to move and keep the truck longer than 4 hours because I had a former roommate that was a narcissist and said everything had to be out that day and that she was willing to break a lease and if I would have returned it in four hours I would have lost a good amount of my possessions and they would've been out by the curb and if I would have had a box truck then I would have been done in less than four hours and because of that I don't agree with the late fees especially when no box reservations are available.

Nicholas SMy overall complaint would be that I didn't get text notification till the very last minute about the location being changed. I felt like there wasn't enough communication from U-Haul as to where I was going to go and who was going to help me and what time. That changed a number of times. And the initial place that I was supposed to go I got anxious so I went there and they aren't even open on Sunday when I was going to Pick up the trailer. So I felt like something was definitely wrong, etc.. It all got straightened out and the trailer worked great and we got to Key West. It was a long trip but I never worried about the trailer.

Joseph WThis was our first time using this location. The lock to get the key was hard to open, seemed it needed to be replaced. Also, the lockbox is very high up, my wife had to get on her tip toes to reach the lock and was still unable to see the letters on the lock due to the height it was placed. Thankfully I was there to help assist in that part. Besides those two things it was a great experience.
Jon ROil cap wasn't properly tightened and blew off sometime during the trip. It ended up leaking about a quart on a brand new concrete driveway. 6 blankets and an appliance dolly were requested for rental and neither were in the truck at pickup. Wrong pictures taken-showed 2 different trucks. Key obviously only works on one. Worst uhaul experience I have had and will be looking for reimbursement from uhaul for these poor services.

LISA SThere were multiple trucks in the lot, gave me what seemed to be the oldest and dirty on the outside and inside. Told me the others were rented yet when I came back all the same trucks were still there.
Vivian ZThe staff was knowledgeable and professional, but the vehicle they gave me I have a few complaints about. The 15' Truck they rented to me looked fine with some normal wear and tear, but the engine was rattling and whining during acceleration. It drove fine with no loss of power through the three high mountain passes I had to drive through to get home, but the whine of a belt and high squeal every time I accelerated, was a miserable trip because of this.
