Advertised as $20 for 2 hours. By the time you include the gas, mileage, fees the bill went up to $80! Poor advertising. Also, had no idea the place I was renting from was a dump. Tiny little warehouse with no where to stand while the manager was trying to get it set up for me. Workers bringing big washers and dryers in and out causing me to have to squish against wall. Terrible customer service. Check in online in order to do a quick mobile pick up. However, the manager had no information. Spent 20 minutes setting it up and made me late to where I needed to be. Will be using a different company in the future.

Had a pickup at 930-230. Had to wait until 10 for the store to open then it took about 30 minutes to get the truck because it wasn't in the system. I requested a dolly and they didn't have it. I had to drive around the corner which is more mileage I had to pay for to a real U-Haul place to get a dolly . And still have the truck back by 230

They were not organized at all. I had to speak to 2 different people to get help and the 2nd person had to call a 3rd person to help me. I was not able to get the code to open the lock box because they weren't setup correctly in the system. I also rented a dolly which they said they didn't have so I had to drive to another uhaul location to ask for one. I will never rent from that location again and I will tell other people to avoid it.

The app allows you to pick counter help. No help. The man acted like he did not even want to help. To top it off they double charged my credit card. WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE OF ANYTHING I EVER RENTED. GO TO UHAUL IN PERSON . CAB WAS COVERED IN DOG HAIR AND IT SMELLED LIKE DOG......

I dropped off the truck on the same day as I picked it up but they still charge me for an extra day. The location was close when I dropped off the truck. I called the 1-800 number and waited for an hour before I gave up and hung-up. I tried the chat via the website and I was told that I would receive an email about the situation and I have not received anything after a full day. I'm extremely disappointed with the latter part of the transaction.

This is not a uhaul store but an appliance store that happens to allow the uhaul truck to park in their lot. The person who owns the appliance store was supposed to help me get the rental truck. He lied in the beginning and said he was not affiliated with uhaul. I ended up on hold to speak to a uhaul representative for about 25 mins. They were able to help somewhat but I still had to rely on the appliance store owner to finish the contract. He was unable to follow the prompts on the ipad (and it was simple). He ended up thrusting the ipad in my hands and I checked myself in and completed the contract without his aid. The process took over an hour of my precious moving time. He was so unhelpful and the process was so tedious that I was nearly in tears and basically begging him to help me. I've rented many uhaul trucks and never had an issue. I am very careful not to leave negative reviews unless its truly warranted and in this case it is. This location should be completely removed so people don't have to deal with the appliance store owner.

Make getting a valid adjustment easier. I have spoken/emailed several individuals and none have been able to resolve my issue.

I took 20 pictures of my license and 3 selfie's just to rent a truck. I took me at least 30 minutes before I got approved for the rental. No good

I had issues picking up the rental and dropping off the rental. I will never go to another Uhaul location that is not an OFFICIAL Uhaul site.
