Heidi MachVehicle was not available for guaranteed time for pick up. Was called when I was nearly there to pick up my rental. And not given a straight answer as to where or when I would get my truck for the day I needed it. Very poor customer service and very dirty truck. I would not recommend uhaul at all to anyone anymore.

Brian WilsonThe truck was very dirty inside, it smelled badly of oil as there were used oil rags on the floor on the passenger side and it was a 4 hour drive to the town I needed the U-Haul in (as they didn't have any uhauls for my where I lived), so that was gross to have to smell. They didn't read the contract before hand and didn't have a Dollie available, but I was charged for one. I had to call U-Haul 3 times to get the charge reversed, then had to take time away from work to run around town in the city I lived in to rent one.

Bobby HolsteinI booked my truck a month in advance to be picked up at the Uhaul depot in my town. Only to have Uhaul call me, 2 days prior to pickup and moving day, to say I would have to drive 3,5 hours to another province to get it. And then the only truck they could arrange was still 1,75 hours away one-way. It was better and they did give me an extra day, extra KM and reduction in my rental fee, however, I had to take a day off work to make this work short notice. And I could only pick it up with help of my father in law driving with me in a personal vehicle (maintenance and gas costs return trip home). This was poorly done as uhaul had lots of time to give me better notice or they should have been able to get a truck here on their personal time and dime.

Rob MartelTook forever to complete rental agreement, over an hour. Uhaul database showed car trailer was not in inventory for this location. Even though 2 car trailers were on the lot. Had to call 4 different Uhaul corporate service reps to change status. Local agent was quite helpful. Corporate Uhaul not so much

Complaint sent as truck was supposed to be ready in melfort which was over an hour away to find out there was no truck. Needed to complain to area rep to find truck in saskatoon. A almost 2 hour drive. Wasted 5 hours to get truck to little to no compensation. Terrible experience. Will look elsewhere
Mark DredhartHad booked a 6x12 trailer then was told day before not available had to take a 5x8. Then was going to leave it at the location that was moving to after I picked it up was called to tell me couldn't leave it there as I guess they were nolonger a dealer. Then told to take it an hour out of my way ended up taking it back to original dealer and overcharged for the whole process. Very poor communication and knowledge of what they are doing.

Michael RoothVery easy pick up and drop off. Customer service was great with answering my questions. Inside the truck was relatively clean. The air freshener was pretty over whelming the truck smelt like a strong musky scent covering up cigarette. Might not have been smoked in previously but smelt like it. There was no padlock nor trolly just keys for the truck. I will use this service again and recommend others to use.
joshua daviesI paid for it and one hour later found out that I didn't need it so I returned it 1 and a half hour later to the Uhaul lot . So I didn't use it , I phoned Uhaul to let them know that I didn't use it and was looking to get a refund . The gentleman that answered the phone at your head office was getting some to call regarding a refund . As of now there has been no call to me from the Uhaul people. So needless to say I'm not impressed and you ask me about my experience, I guess we will see what kind of people Uhaul is all about once I get this so called return call . Ask me a couple of weeks from now what I think after I get the call from one of your Uhaul people that is if I get one . Let's see how Uhaul treats their customers ?

troy jordanhave a spare tire on the trailer... put a down reimbursable fee for it. my son got 20 miles down the road and a tire blew. also would be handy if there was a jack!! i know the reason they dont do this is because some people are thieves, but for honest ones it is a bit of a pain. totally understand your reasons. thank you.
Jayne AndresA&S was great we had no problems the employees or location. Our issue is with Uhaul as a whole they screwed us over again for the 3rd time we booked a truck 3 weeks in advance 2 days before they requested I call regarding the reservation. They didn't have a truck the one we booked was given to someone else, no other trucks were availiable at the location we selected or the 2 nearest cities and we then had to use a 5x8 trailer. Not impressed with them as they could have notified us sooner then 2 days before as our move was time sensitive but then again we didn't have a choice in where to rent. The kicker when we went to pick up our trailer the truck we had originally looked to book was there and the person who received it instead of us said and I quote that's not the truck I wanted it's too big. We think this has to due with the fact that they were going 332km while we were only going 110. Just a thought. Overall our experience with Uhaul as a whole not so great again. All I have to say is give people more than 2 days notice if the truck they reserved is not available as it's gone to someone else that way people can make different arrangements .

Neil GulakI think the lady deserves a comfortable space such as an office. I witnessed her serve a customer ahead of me and she worked really hard. She had so much on her hands and she handled it well. There looks like lots of space in the complex/garage. She deserves something more comfortable to make it much easier for her.

Jerome NiezgodaI was told a few days before my pick up that I would have to pick up the truck in Yorktown instead of Swan River which was frustrating. I was then told to pick up the truck at 12:30 but the location was closed 12-1. I thought the staff there ambivalent and not very helpful. The truck was very dirty inside.
