Great personnel and very helpful
I was told they open at 9. Arrived 5 minutes till 9. Door was open no one present. A guy in the adjoining business said he's not there, he would be in later that day. He said to leave it on the lot. I then used the webpage to return without some one present after/before hours. Poor representation.
4 wheel dollies are not available at this location. Should be available or listed as such online. Very easy process to return truck after hours

The guy doing the paperwork seemed confused and was struggling with the computer. A 10 minute check in process lasted well over 45 minutes. He was very apologetic and nice though.

The attendant, bless his heart, really didn't know how to be of assistance. It took me 50 minutes to pick up my UHaul. The online site and the app were just a ridiculous process that I could have been warned about in advance. There was no reason for it to take me that long. I appreciate that man's patience but I was losing mine. Also, their phone number listed online is incorrect so I had no way to call them.
