Location is in middle of nowhere. It is not clear where to drop off keys. I felt uncomfortable in the location and worried about my safety.
I would suggest that the clerk is elderly and very slow moving and slow thinking. Maybe he needs some help
Was guaranteed a larger truck and was told the day before it wasn't available anywhere close to me. Had to get a smaller one and make several trips...cost 3 times more. This is the 4th time the same exact thing has happened to me with uhaul
Drop off point was 12 miles away, yet Bay Storage in Cape Charles is only 1.5 miles away and makes NO sense why I could not drop off there since it was an open contract.
