KARIN ZAJACI was over charged 12 days and 150 miles. I rented the uhaul for 24 hours and was charged $784. I referred to the 1800 number for assistance and wasn't helped very much, the information that was given to me from the costumer service worked I pretty figured out myself . It's unprofessional of the company and the 3rd party providers of the uhaul to do this to the paying customer. I am very I pleased and will no longer be giving my service to uhaul. I will be contacting the 3rd party in the AM when it's open. The place that I used was in San Antonio texas off de Zavala AI tire shop.

Sally GonzalesI was overcharged for fuel that I did not use even after taking steps to ensure that did not happen, I was disappointed at how my return was handled.. i do not understand how I was charged almost 20 dollars for 6 miles of usage and when I put almost 2gallons in the tank before returning... disappointed with the dishonesty, will be using a different truck rental company going forward

MD SADUN HAQThe customer service was great. Absolutely no issues there. There were several issues with the truck we were given though. It had obviously just returned and was dirty on the outside. Not overly on the inside but not exactly clean either. The shocks on the truck were gone and the suspension made it difficult to drive and control. We noticed one of the tires was low when we first got in the truck and the location refilled it for us. However, we had to stop twice to fill it again and eventually had to call roadside assistance to come change the tire. Also, it's a difficult location to find. The only reason we knew was because of the trucks in the parking lot but we had to figure out exactly where to go from there. I can't say whether or not I'd recommend this location because we weren't given a choice when we rented the truck so I'm not sure someone else would be given one either.
Vernon LebbyThe wonderful rating is for the staff at this location. For Uhaul as a whole, I will NEVER rent from your company again. I booked online, received confirmation, received text messages regarding my order but prior to pickup I received a call stating that what I reserved was not available. I was then told that the nearest location was In Fredericksburg, Texas- keep in mind I needed it in San Antonio. Your customer service staff was not accommodating nor did they offer a better solution. Now fast forward to drop off location. I was notified by the location in Abilene that they didn't have a drop box and that I could leave the keys above the visor in the uhaul (mind you keys would have been left over night in an unlocked uhaul). I tried to change my drop off location online- epic fail. I called your customer service, reservations and scheduling departments- epic fail. No one could help me. So I then called my local uhaul in Anson, TX. They were so sweet and advised me to come to their location on Sunday and they would get it all taken care of for me. Guess what-they did. Not UHAUL in a big city. A small town gun range with uhaul services inside. I'm so blessed to live in a small town because without them I would have been screwed. So again, I will hire a third party company and pay extra to prevent ever renting from uhaul again.

Shyan PetermanBefore I dropped off my Uhaul Truck. I made a point to fill it with gas so I would return the truck the same way I got it. I dropped off the truck and I guess I made the mistake in trusting them. Because I got my receipt emailed to me 15 minutes later saying I returned the truck only half full and they were going to charge me $100 as a penalty for not returning the truck with a full tank. Now I'm stuck fighting with them to get my money back. I had a great experience with Uhaul up until that point. Don't trust the people at A and I automotive in San Antonio.

Benny WainscottI ordered a trailer, budgeted for a trailer and the website recommended this location instead of the one I picked due to equipment availability. I arrived and the trailer was not at the location and instead I was gonna he sent 45 minutes south. So I had to transfer to a truck and request a ride to pick up my pickup at location and pay $45 more than I budgeted for my move. I would like to be paid the difference back.
