Uhaul called me the morning of my reservation and said my truck was no longer available a the original location, and told me to go to another location. That increased the mileage that I budgeted to pay for. At the new location communication was very poor. and the check-in took a long time even though I made the reservation and confirmed everything prior to arriving. When I returned the truck on time, the extra charge for mileage was not communicated to me. I found out about it when I saw it on my bank statement - even though, when I left the store, the store owner told me that all was good and there would be no extra charges. That is what I understood when I left, but there was a horrible communication barrier because he could not speak English very well. I'm not trying to be mean, but when it comes to transactions like this, I need to be able to communicate to the person that is handling it, and I could not.

The attendee at time of return and $20 refueled at 1/2 tank which was not I'd received has despite satisfactory return chosed behind my back like the racist coward he is and steal $57.60 from my credit card account.I filed a dispute .I've witnessed customers making similar complaints regarding overcharging.
