They charged me for an extra day which I am not sure how because their facility was closed when I turned it in

TERRY DEGARMOTruck was clean. Check engine light was on. I asked 2 different workers about it since I was driving from OH to FL. Both workers said "it's ok". WSn't totally comfortable with that predicament.

John VanVleetThe truck was very clean! The folks there were very nice! Why I rated it poor because construction is going on down there and it added over 20 miles extra on my rental! Took me 15 miles to get back to my house versus 3,4 miles. I was not happy! All in all this location will be great because of the fantastic treatment from folks but right now no! It's not cost effective due to not being able to get to them! Because of all the construction!

Nicholas KanzlemarThis location, AARROO Radiator, ripped me off. They have lied about the amount of gas that was in the truck when I returned it. There is no doubt at all about this. They sent me a supposed photo representation of the gas gauge which is blatantly wrong and either a mistake or fraudulent. I offered to allow them to check the gas gauge with me before I left, but they refused to do so. Minutes after I left their establishment, I received notice on my phone of an American Express charge of $68.50. I immediately called U-Haul customer service, but they were not helpful. I asked that a supervisor call me, but that never happened. In the scheme of my life, $68,5 is not a lot. But the principal of getting ripped off is a lot to me! I will dispute this charge until the end of time, if necessary. Including arbitration and court. But I would prefer that someone call me and resolve this so that I don't live with a negative impression of U-Haul, when all the other aspects of my truck rental, including movers, was very good. hector escalanteLeft back tire had a chunk of the rubber missing. Tire was not flat but that could have been disastrous if not caught before we got on the highway. Thank God we had paid for the insurance so they did come out right away and fixed it.

SHAWNA PITCHFORDOnly thing I would complain about isn't with this location. Picked truck up with a 1/4 of a tank. Returned truck with 1/4 a tank. Still charged for fuel, didn't understand that, but over all good clean truck.

Gricel ShumwayI almost drove passed this place before I saw the small 2' x 4' "U-Haul" sign located low on the wall behind heavy equipment parked next to the building. Improve your signage. The staff seemed annoyed that I was there to drop off the trailer, although one guy did actually unhitch the trailer for me… Be more friendly to your customers. If you want to increase your U-Haul volume, clean up the place, it's filthy and uninviting.
TIMOTHY TAYLORI did my own drop off after hours so can't comment on customer service. It was an easy drop off.
