Nona DThe driver and passenger seat were covered in dog/pet hair from a previous user. Very unhygienic and gross. I didn't have any other option but to use the van as I needed to pick something up that day. Service was great and quick but the vehicle itself was not acceptable.
Jennifer PHonestly, the man working obviously didn't want to be there. I accidently locked the keys in the truck after I returned it, feeling terrible about it. The man made me feel worse. He didn't acknowledge my apology and made me feel uncomfortable. I am hoping it was just a bad day. The day before with him was better but same vibe- he didn't want to be there.

Jennifer JRight side marker light inoperative. Left side license plate light inoperative. The clerk checked lights when I was in the car switching lights for testing them, he never saw the issue until I found it later performing in route inspection. Not satisfactory experience when they can't even help out with this little lights inspection.

Gregory Wauto transport had been dropped off the evening before, the strap latch mechanism was very, very rusty and barely moved, needed to be lubricated.
Michael LThe owner of the facility helped me and he was great. I had to wait for my wife to pick me up and got to sit in the office and wait for her. It was snowing outside. Had a great conversation with Owner and would recommend this facility for picking up a rental truck and for storage needs. Great experience
John CAarrow Way Storage Service was awesome. However the Uhaul App was difficult and counter intuitive to use. App forced me to report condition of the inside of van and fuel before allowing me the access code to unlock the key holder. And when I requested a call back from customer service....never happened. Checking status of call the app reported the time I should have received a call back. Felt like being mocked. I was on location at the specified pickup time at 6:00am. I wasnt able to leave until the Storage Facility person showed for work and immediately helped me be on my way. 8:15am. Over two hours of my time wasted in 30 degree weather. So kudos to Aarrow and shame to Uhaul. Never Again!!!

STEPHEN JDo not use the Amity uhaul in Cheney, wa. They were horrible and screwed up my whole experience and Aarrow was amazing at fixing Amity screw up and saved the day Love Aarrow uhaul!!

Murrel BI am very dissatisfied with the ongoing "dismissive" treatment received from employee Frank! There is ALWAYS a priblfm when he is working. It usually involves him taking men out if order infrint if me .... consistently. Ive never made an issue of it before, but I had had enough last Friday! Frank has a problem and needs retraining. And Im not happy with the response (gaslighting) I got from "Rob" when I brought this to his attention. I will no longer tolerate Frank taking men out of order in front of me. Or making me wait for him to complete my transaction, because he decides to help someone else. This seems to be a "power" issue with Frank, but regardless, if it continues Ill report the discrimination to the BBB. Picking up a Uhaul should be seamless, not cause for anxiety when employees use their position to treat ithers "less than". Merci!

David AThe back of the truck was dirty. The attendant swept it some. There was still some type of manure back there. Kinda gross. When I returned it there was a sign on the door saying attendant was running errands. I used the key drop but the key drop is not very secure. It could easily be broken into.

I have rented trucks and trailers for multiple purposes. I have made reservations online and in person. My payments for storage have auto debited. When I changed my Banking information but forgot to update the system my payment was late. They phoned and spoke to me in a way which made me feel like a valuable customer. I highly recommend this location!!!
