The owner was great and attentive but truck was a little dirty but not so bad that it would effect the rating.

JAMIE AFirst tried to pick up at lot and then she called and said truck was at main business then went there. The people were great but the no person pick up stinks. You should give a local number to call because national phone for uhaul is awful.

Quanah GI don't know which location didn't tell me the correct information. The lady at the pickup location said the drop off location would refund my cash deposit when I dropped off the trailer. However the guy there said he didn't have cash and I would get a check in a week or so. So someone needs to have a chat with whichever one isn't right.

John DBooked a 26' truck online. Called the location and they only had a 20' available. Uhaul customer service was rude and told me the closest 26' truck was 45mins away. Why the website let me book a 26' when one wasn't available is ridiculous! I've used many uhauls and this isn't the first time. If there was ANY other reasonable option I would never use uhaul again.

DAWN HCorporate uhaul needs to update their records to reflect that the 901 sumner st location is closed on Saturdays. Only someone driving by stopped and let me know on the weekends that I had to go to the other Pampa location.

Frank SAfter hearing our experience with the UHaul from pick up location he worked with us on overage of truck miles. Which by way was out of our control due to having to go out of our way to pick up truck take it back and having to find someplace to store it. Thank you for all you did for us.
ANNA CTruck should be at the location on the rental contract. The customer should not have to wait for someone who never arrived before calling customer service to find out where the truck was at.

LEIGH AThis location was great. However, Uhaul as a company is horrible. They messed up everything I can think of on our reservation. They also are very low on trucks. Use someone else.

Jack MI had never rented a trailer before. The experience was overall very good.Service was good.My only complaint is that it rained whileI had the trailer and there was a leak, some of my contents got very wet. need to remedy that problem
DENIA CWhile the trailer I reserved WAS at the correct location, the 1/800 reservation people did not seem to know this. They told us we would have to drive to another town to pick up the correct size trailer. It took a half dozen calls/messages to get everybody on the same page. People were nice, just not informed. The actual trailer worked fine once we picked it up.
