peter D.Tented a 20 ft uhaul for 8 hours from 10am to 6 pm with 20 Miles. Went to pick it up and they said I had to go to a different location to pick up when on my reservation it told me the ABC day care was the location I was suppose to pick up ended up on being about to rent the uhaul only rent it from 10:30-3:30. I really needed the uhaul for 8 hours. It really hurt my moving time. I feel like for the inconvenience of me.not being able to rent for the time requested we should be discounted.
