No contact the day before. Pickup location not agreed upon. Parked on a slant so gas gauge dropped A quarter of a tank when moved. Large hand trucks that were ordered were not in the truck. Wasted gas to drive to 2nd location to pick up hand trucks. Only small ones available. Locator would not pick up for check in. Half hour on hold. Representative went through same step to turn locator on. Magically began working. Spoke with another representative to explain the issues. VERY rude and took no responsibility. Advised her computer showed that an email was sent. Told her I never received an email and I was told I would get a phone call the day before. She advised that wasn't her problem because it showed an email was sent. Entire pickup process took over an hour putting me behind and not prepared when workers got to my house to load. Paid for an extra hour for workers. Truck poorly loaded making me have to make another trip in my personal vehicle to load things. Furniture broken because of poor loading. Returned the truck the night before it was due. Contested charges online for drop off. Advised I would be contacted within 24-48 hours by a representative. No one has contacted me. Received this email 4 days later showing full charges. NOT happy with Uhaul service. Will not recommend or use them again.

Pickup time was scheduled for 0900; store owner did not arrive until 0920 or so. I believe she was unaware that we had a reservation in the first place. Otherwise everything went fine.

This was the 2nd time I used this facility and as always it is very pleasant, I will use them again in the future and recommend them.

The quick check in really sped things up. The lady helping me was quick and efficient.

Limited hours. No effort to combine order with auto transport at a common location. Website based directions don't lead to location; rather opposite side of the county. Personnel was not helpful in clarifying location over the phone. Equipment was ready for pick-up and personnel offered location for personal vehicle while customer drove to another uhaul location to get auto transport.

Dealt with a lady named Misty, who was extremely friendly, helpful and personable. I could not have asked for better service. I will use this location again, very soon.
