Location was great. Didn't look like the interior had been wiped down recently. Checking in and out via the app outside of business hours is super helpful, but I wished the process hadn't taken nearly 30 minutes. Seems like U-Haul could collect some of the information such as photos and references ahead of time to reduce stress.

FAITHBERNICE BHI, everything was good, If I was driving long distance the mileage would have been a deal breaker, but for local it was great. The one thing that I did not know was that the 10ft did not have a RAMP, and I needed a ramp to life some very heavy things. I had to call a friend over to help me load and unload. other than that it was perfect. The station attendants was great !!!

Joseph LDrop location was 90 minutes away and IN ANOTHER STATE. Almost 3 hours of driving to/from the drop off location, UNACCEPTABLE. UHaul owes me for my time and fuel.
George HCaprice, the agent at this office, is an enormous help. She seems to care about her customers and goes out of her way to make things work. There is a UHaul place closer to me, but I drove a few miles extra just to work with Caprice. She's the best.

PAMALA GI have always used Uhaul for my many moves. As a company they are excellent and some locations better than others. The Abingdon uhaul is managed by wonderful people who really listen to your needs and are patient when schedules change, as they sometimes do. I highly recommend Abingdon Uhaul .

Butch HMy biggest suggestion is to definitely make it clear if a truck does NOT have a ramp. I rented a 10' truck to move my disabled daughter's things into storage while she is hospitalized. We had to move a hospital style bed and an electric wheelchair. Imagine my surprise when there was no ramp and we had picked up towards the end of the day, so I couldn't reach anyone to see about changing our rental, making this small move almost impossible.

Eric MMy reservation was not upheld. I was sent to 4 different locations. I talked with gentleman who checked and talked to Abingdon rentals. They were able to get me on the road with a truck and car hauler. I had reservations for a 15 ft truck and ended up with a 26ft truck. I would have extra space in the 16ft truck. Extra stress on top of extra gas for a larger truck.
