There was confusion as to drop off location. When I ordered the trailer, I chose the drop off location. When I followed my email/text directions for a drop off time, it had a different location for drop off. No problems beyond getting a phone call from the incorrect location asking when I was dropping it off.

I had an amazing uhaul truck experience. The only problem was the owner of the place where the U-Hauls were, was so very rude. I will not be going back and definitely won't recommend. I'll just drive the next city over to a different uhaul before I give him my money again.

My only complaint is I had to drive 200 miles round trip just to pick up the trailer and no one is concerned about it. It just seems somebody could have tried a little harder to make it convenient for me

There should be a link furnished to document the return of the trailer. When I returned the trailer early the business was closed and I wasn't able report it as returned.

Everyone at the pick up location were very helpful and answered all my questions. They even helped me hook up the trailer which I know was beyond what they needed to do. I would recommend them in the future.

I returned the truck with MORE gas than when I picked it up, but they charged me 9.xx dollars for fuel.

Had to clean inside of trailer before I could use it. I have pictures. When I went to pickup the trailer it took a long time to get the rental agreement. Later that day I got a call from haul asking about my reservations. I told them I already picked up the trailer. Had to redo things because they said I did not have a contract. I also had to unhook my trailer when I brought it back. Never had an experience this poor when I have used U Haul.

The trailer was very dirty on the outside. It looked as though it had been run through mud and not cleaned before it was returned. Not an issue that affected our experience, but it was notable.

The ignition switch in the truck was faulty, and sometimes would take 20-30 tries to turn the key to get the truck started. It was a source of stress and frustration when under a time-sensitive schedule during a move. The key dropbox was VERY difficult to find during the after-hours drop-off.

The truck was dirty....we found garbage and an e cigarette on the floor . they told us they would alot extra miles and did not so we had to pay at drop off.
