rat and mice carcasses everywhere - my chair and couch were totally ruined filled with mice feces and urine.

Thank you, i forgot a broom when i left you and you were nice to not make me have to get one. Another time, my unit did not door and the door had lifted a couple inches , and you guys sent me a notice that that had happened so i could fix

Every time I needed to communicate with management,even after hours, they were always quick to respond back which was a great help. Location near the freeway was very convenient.

Very dusty yard. Items covered with fine dust from unpaved parking area even though they were stored in unit.

The best storage facility I've ever used. Great drainage, all areas where rodents or bugs could use to get in were foam blocked and the sill that the door rests on when closed was smooth and tight. Sheriff was excellent to deal with.

The locations and access is perfect - everything right next to the highway. Storage was clean and very easy to use. Staff was wonderful and easy to work with. They were very flexible and helpful during the move. Fortement recommandé!

Facility did NOT honor UHaul free month of storage arranged when I made my web reservation for truck rental. Cost me $63 for add`l day. I want it returned to my credit card.
