The passenger door would not open from the inside had to reach outside to open. needs repair.Michael H.
Most significantly there was no help to physically hook up the trailer which had no jack and was extremely heavy for one person to lift. I asked for help because of a back condition, and was told they don't do that. I was very unhappy with the lack of service after paying over 900 $for a rental!David B.

picked up 3/25/21 9am. Service rep was very friendly & knowledgeable. Uhal was fine only problem was no furniture pads included, sign inside trailer said to avoid 25 $fee please sweep inside out & fold pads. I will be calling this morning to confirm I wasn't charged for pads. Other then that everything went fine... prices are a little high but I assume it's bc price if gas is highTraci S.
Just be aware and pay attention to your bill. I was over charged. I had used the app to do check in and return. But even though I voiced my concern that day on the app, month later they still charged me. I did call and the customer care team was great and I did get a refund.ROCHELLE R.

The truck was horrible!!! It cost us an entire day, the wiper was torn and you couldn't see. Then it broke. It was an hour and half wait for someone to fix it so we ended up having to find an auto zone and my son repaired it and replaced the wiper. The tire had a constant slow leak that had to be filled. The drivers door didn't close right. It was so noisy that you couldn't hear yourself think. Obviously the safety of your customers are not important to you at all. A simple pre trip inspection would have eliminated most of this. The drivers door was full of trashColleen S.

Excellent service and great people. My son lost his wallet on the ground outside the Uhaul when I returned it and they went to the extent to message and try to call him on Facebook and even contacted the school that he graduated from (had his old school id in his wallet) and they actually sent me an email. Your truck should've had been reviewed before I pick up it was dirty it had clip of marijuana inside the truck and door open while I was driving because door had problems closing. I definitely shouldn't had been charged completely some credit should've had been given to me when I spoke to manager she didn't care she ask me to call the 1800 number not accepted. Once again we had to travel to another location for our reserved and confirmed vehicle AND it was smaller than what was reserved. The local store where we rented from, confirmed the vehicle was there, but an hour later (and the day before using), we were redirected 30 miles away for pick up. This occurs with regularity. We are evaluating other vendors. Uhaul seems unable to operate a reservation system with any reliability.Gregory M.

I rented a truck total bill was,67 $. I drove a mile home . My neighbor decided not ro use the truck. Immediately i took it back driving 1 more mile. I was told that i drove 4 miles. This was totally false. Refused to full or partial refund. Made excuses. I literally threw away 67 $. In 15 minutes .what a waste of hard earned money SMH uhaul could careless. Becareful when renting !! Leave the truck drive car back to perhaps double check. Once you drive on the street it's a Rap !!!! SMH other locations maybe a better place to.rent ! The drivers cab was dirty and had a bad odor. I reported it as soon as picked up the U-Haul. I needed to move that day so I had no choice but to take the rental. I was also disappointed that the location I wanted to rent from did not have my rental which I reserved a week in advance. So I had to travel an extra 42 miles round trip to a different location. I feel I've should have received the different in mileage from the location which I wanted to rent from to the location I actually rented from. That would've been about 32 miles.Rafael M.

Not impressed with my rental. The console at the center of the truck had crumbs on it as well as dried liquid stains. It was obvious that the truck was not cleaned prior to my pickup. This location needs to work on keeping the trucks clean. Due to time constraints, I did not report the debris and because of it I was charged a 25,00 $ cleaning fee. In addition, I reached out to customer service via email as instructed on their website , and I have not received a response.jose P.

That particular truck has issues Needs wheel alignment badly Didn't feel good driving it As I drove something about a track said needed service At first I thought it was the roads but then on the highway same issues. I don't understand why would you charge me 0,69 cents per mile, I drove 91 miles, but if I would have gone over a 100 miles, the charge drops to 0,39 cents per mile. seems unfair 27,3 $ difference.Peter A.

Tell the person who kicked me and my 17 year old daughter out of the store for not wearing masks to read Governer Tom Wolf's order. We both have breathing conditions and are exempt from the mask requirement as per Wolf himself. The employee literally told us to leave even though we stated we have breathing conditions as Wolf stated to do. I had to go find a mask, and had to take my inhaler twice While I was in there waiting and was struggling to breathe while your employee took his time getting my rental. He was rude, ignorant, and broke the law. He spoke very rudely to me and I am appalled at his ignorance and lack of factual knowledge of the order. I will not be returning for any rentals in the future. Please make sure your employees are CLEAR ON THE ORDERS OF THE GOVERNING BODIES. He obviously was not. I am furious. And also, he had cameras with big monitors for all to see. So if you want proof, you could obtain it.Christina C.

I reserved a 20' truck got a 26 which I did not want had to wait while employee was on phone helping other customers reservation for 9 did not get paperwork till 930 now recieved a bigger unit then I wanted returned 24 hrs early and get charged for extra miles.
