Not ready. Closed before time. Last told me they close at 6pm when I got there at 5:30pm.;they were closed So disappointing. The uhaul return is so not computer friendly. I hope not to do this again. The van was was ok clean. I left it ok clean.

seth pStore opened late as lady arrived after 905. She got out of the Uber, stood there and vaped, once she finally opened the store we waited a few minutes before going inside so she could open, however, even when we went inside she was extremely rude saying they were not open. When we asked what time it opened since our reservation was at 9am she just continued to state how they were not open. So another couple and ourselves continued to wait outside until the other lady with long black hair said we could go in. The lady who was on the middle register and had blonde hair was extremely rude even after opening after our reservation time. She needs a lesson on customer service and simple respect. Even though she was nasty her coworker who actually helped me was an absolute sweetheart and only because of her would I recommend anyone to go to this location.

ALAN STruck was hard running went through gas like nothing and it was cleaner when we returned it than when we got it.
Jeff AThe associate was rude when I called asking for assistance. I scheduled a mobile pickup Uhaul for 9am. When I arrived at 9:30am the app directed me to call the store because a Uhaul was not assigned to me. The associate who answered explained they did not check in the Uhaul from yesterday because they came to work late because her child's daycare was closed. They told me I would need to wait 20 minutes. I am a very empathetic and patient person so if the associate would have explained this nicely and apologized for the inconvenience I would not be writing a negative comment. However, the associate made me sound like the inconvenience, did not apologize and was overall unpleasant. The mobile pickup option is suppose to make the process easier but in my experience Uhaul a mobile pickup wasn't helpful at all. Instructions and information was poor and my time was wasted. 0/10 customer service experience. Wouldn't recommend and will not be choosing Uhaul again.
Justine IOn my receipt it shows a rental pick up time of 7/26/22 at 12pm, and a rental return date of 7/28/22 at 11:59am. I returned the vehicle to a parked location and returned the vehicle keys to the worker at 9:05am give or take a couple minutes. It's not my fault they waited until after 12pm to receive it back in and I don't appreciate the inaccuracy

Joseph LYou need to treat your customers with respect. At the end of the day what you need to remember is there are many other companies I can use to rent a truck from for my moving needs. You need to humble yourself and remember that it is paying customers such as myself, who ensure companies like U-Haul stay in business. I have many options and U-Haul is not the only moving company out there. This is the last time I will use your company and I will never recommend for anyone to use Access Cornerstone II in East Stroudsburg. Your representatives at the front desk were incredibly rude and lied to me saying a truck was down for repair when it wasn't and this was confirmed by customer care. Your reps refused to change my truck when the truck was incredibly filthy, stunk like s***, and the cup holder was broken.. but don't worry, I will be sure to include my horrific experience here on my google review.
Jonathan AI was beyond mad by the time I turned in the truck. That entire staff at the drop off location, restored my faith in U-Haul. They were very helpful and steered me to the right people to resolve my disastrous trip issues. They were very professional and informative. They deserve some kind of recognition from the company. Their professionalism was on point.

Very rude and the locations were in accommodating and rude. I have used uhaul many times before, if this were my first experience I would never use uhaul again!!!

DANELLE MThe u-haul website was not working when trying to check in and pick up the vehicle, and the wait time for customer service on the phone was over an hour long. We cut over 30 minutes into our rental time for something that was not our fault, as part of the website was malfunctioning - however, it eventually resolved itself. Otherwise, everything was fine. Please make an easier way/separate phone line to call when having issues with picking up online rentals!
