Stephanie WilliamsonI found an Apple air tag in the truck and it was clearly intentionally hidden somewhere behind paneling inside the cab of the truck. I understand the need to track the trucks but this felt creepy and made me question the safety of using the truck. After discovering the air tag and using the Apple safety feature to play the sound, I went to return the truck early and the office was closed when the website and signs said they should have been open for another hour. It felt like they knew I found it and were trying to hide to avoid confrontation about it. Will not be renting here again

Had I not needed the truck that day I would have left as well. I'll never use that location again if he's there.

The roadside assistance never closed the ticket and unsullied is still trying to charge me for extra days. Both trucks were received back same day. I should have been refunded for the entire trip.
SHALAUNDA HENDERSONWe were overcharged via the locations mistake and then they refused to fix it saying we had to call uhaul. When I called uhaul I was on hold more than an hour both times and when a rep finally answered I was hung up on twice! Horrible experience!

JOHN JONESI came in on 5th of July paid for a 4 hours rental out there reserving a truck for a 2 hours rental from, the advice of the sale rep who was at the counter at the time of pick up. I picked up the truck by 1:00PM and dropped it back of at 3:16PM no one was in the office if you pull your video footage and you'll see me and my husband outside your establishment with our iPhones videotaping us dropping off the vehicle the mileage to and from our destination was 15,5 miles both ways a total of 31 miles. I took pictures of my miles as well as the property when, I dropped the truck off on a full tank of gas just a I received it on fuel full as well as clean the by sweeping out the truck before returning it not as the way. I received it filthy dirty and I had to sweep the truck out before I could even use it. My question to this company why's Uhaul to this day trying to charge my card $3,98 and I didn't authorize my cards to be on file with a company that. I'm no longer doing business with that is against the law I paid my dues I returned the truck your customer service rep wasn't in the office you not gonna charge my card no two days later talking about some miles if any thing my card should've been charge the day of after I was contact by phone of a remaining balance anyone could have use this truck within that two day time span I have proof by bank statement that U-Haul try to charge my card not the date of but two days following after. I left this establishment and; I did not give anyone authorization to hold my card information on file. I have video and photos to prove I'm not crazy I just didn't leave the property I made sure I took pictures and document by video everything before I walked off the property.
Deardis ColeI returned the unit with the exact fuel level I picked it up with which was just below half full. While adding fuel I was watching the gauge as it fueled to ensure I returned it with the correct level. I was charged to cost for 2 gallons on my invoice. In the future your locations might need to take a photo of the gauge so the customer is not blindsided by the attendants assessment of the unit having "around" a half tank. Better yet rent the units with a full tank returned with a full tank.

Charles SavageEach location we had to go to was fine. It was the whole experience that was a disaster. We reserved a truck at one location 2 weeks prior to when we needed it. A couple of days before the day to pick up the truck. We received a call to pick up at an other location. When get there to the 2nd location they don't even have truck the size we had reserved. So we had to go to a third location to finally get the truck (keeping in mind we had people waiting all this that we were paying by the hr to help us) i get in the truck and it had 1/8 of a tank of gas. When I returned it the truck was returned with 1/2 of a tank of gas. Then they charged us for going 11 miles over what they had set. I didn't even know we had a limit. Everything that happened to us and even returning it with way more gas than when we got it and they have the audacity to suggest charging for mileage. It wasn't that much but it is the principle of the matter. We did exactly as we were supposed to and uhaul gave us the run around and we get charged.

I paid my money then had to drive to Desoto to get the truck which made my p/ u a hole nother hour later.No money back. For my inconvenience.
Sheryl braxtonI signed up for mobile check in but when I arrived vehicle was parked behind a locked gate. Attendent did not bother to look up my reservation and told me to check another location. I had to call customer service and sit on hold for 10 minutes before he would even look it up. Then another 15 minutes for him to check it out to me. The vehicle only had 1/8 of gas and I returned it that same way. Only to be later charged a refueling service fee plus gas. I will never use this location or any UHaul again.
