This location was very clean and so professional. Truck was ready upon arrival. They called to confirm day before. Great experience.

Harrison HThis is one of those businesses that does UHaul on the side. Very knowledgeable young lady at the desk taking care of rentals with great CS skills. This location had what I needed in furniture dollies on a walk up where as the two nearest full service UHaul dealers were surprisingly out of them. So great experience at one of the under sung big city locations. Well done!

Nancy JDid not realize I had to stand in line after requested a non contact pick up. Gate is closed and couldn't get access to the truck until office was completely empty. Only one staff member at front desk. What was supposed to been a quick check out turned to an hour wait. Truck smelled like pee, staff member got my car while pulling truck around.
kathy KWorking with Dale and Jill was incredible! We rented a U Haul box truck to empty out two of our storage units at another storage facility and they made the process seamless. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and so welcoming. I would absolutely recommend using Access Self Storage East Dallas over any other U Haul location in the Dallas area. Make your move easier and give Dale and Jill a call - they will get you all set up in no time! 5 Star Service all the way!!!

Some issues came up that no one could have anticipated and were beyond anyone's control, but they did any and everything to prioritize our time and comfort, and to make things right. Honestly, I haven't experienced this level of customer service in ages. 100 % recommended!
James DThe man in this office was very rude. He charged me for insurance I did not agree to. He got an attitude and was like I'm not refunding the insurance after the fact. He said it's in my contract. I did not see, review or sign a contract agreeing to insurance. I asked for corporate number and he told me he didn't have it. I also was not given my refund of the deposit when the lady in the office said the refund would be immediate. She lied to get me to pay the deposit. I will never rent a UHAUL again! Worst customer service and I was lied to, overcharged, and ripped off! I want my money- NOW! This is an official corporate escalation because I am not going to stop complaining until I get my money back! I'm writing your CEO and explain to him that people in this UHAUL office are ripping off poor people. We live in a high needs, impoverished area and I feel completely taken advantage off.

Robert WMy location for pick up changed 3 times with 3 conflicting explanations as to why. I called to speak with a manager several times and was never able to get one. I requested a dolly, which I did not find out until pick up was unavailable. The notes for my reservation were inaccurate as it listed I also had reserved moving materials such as boxes which I never mentioned nor requested. I was given a $50 refund credit which will only process after the payment for the U-Haul as been made and adjusted. I'm still watching and hoping this actually goes through as it apparently was not noted that this was given to me even though I have email confirmation.

David BThis is a self-storage place that also does U-Haul, which itself is not a bad thing. The, however, is hard to access with a big truck. The parking lot is very tight, and if you're coming from I-30, you have to u-turn. I ended up circling the block because the 26-foot truck was simply not going to make that turn. There's a much more convenient and accessible location a couple miles south down the road of this one-I prefer that location. All that being said, the lady tending the desk here was an absolute delight, and she make the drop-off process quick, efficient, and pleasant.
