The app to either begin the reservation or drop off the vehicle is very slow and frustrating. I went in to the facility to have the agent complete it for me and was told that he couldn't since I started it. Please update your technology.

AHARON AWindshield needed to be cleaned, with glare at night it was difficult to see at times. There was a low windshield wiper fluid message on the dashboard as well. I had issues following the instructions to return the vehicle, it wouldn't recognize my location, I had parked where I picked it up from.

James DAlthough the truck was present at the sight the attendant had no idea that a truck was to be picked up. There were only six moving blankets available when I ordered 24. The moving dolly and hand truck could have been in the back of the truck before I picked it up rather than taking the time to get it out of the back of the store. The attendant had difficulty logging into the UHaull system adding additional time to the initial pick up (about 20+ min in total which was rather slow. I do not believe it was not the attendants fault but rather poor communication by the UHaul company to an affiliate. Considering I rented the truck weeks in advance and my needs were on the reciept I think the pickup process should have been a lot faster.
Paul MI was never told about the online check in. I even called Uhall about a half hour before I was to pick up the van and was not told about checking in online. I was told to go to the location. I went to pick up the van the counter person informed what I needed to do. Went on the app to check in. The app locked up. I wasted 1 hour of time trying to get checked in. It was a big waste of time and very aggravating. The whole process is terrible. When the customer service person saw the system was not working she went on the computer to help me with the check in for the rental. She was great. The system stinks! THE UHALL PROCESS FOR CHECKING IN TO PICK UP THE VAN STINKS!!!! UHALL needs to a much better process for this.

LOUIS TIn all the years it's been okay getting a rental from uhaul but hands down this is the Best Facility! Would definitely use again when needed.

ZINA LAris was very professional, pleasant and clear about the rental policy. He reminded me of the hand truck and covers and just made the pick up very smooth. The front desk rep was so nice and friendly when I walked and exited the location. Great Job!
Arthur VDriven from AZ to NJ when we pu the van. My husband told mgr it was full of smoke. He did nothing. It was filthy in and out. Couldn't see out of window. No window washer fluid. Driver window didn't close completely it was cold. Smoke so bad I was loosing my voice by time of return. I am allergic to smoke get sinus infections was already loosing my voice. Explained to new person when ret the van. Also called CS left a complaint. I should never T have to get sick now. There was another van sitting there!!!!

EZZAT AUhaul at Midland Ave is by far the best Uhaul location I have rented from. They have trucks ready when promised and the personnel are great, courteous, attentive and informative.

JOSEPH MThe manager over there not proffered I rent the car at 5 pm and returned early like 7 pm I used it very little and he gave me till 8 pm or 10 pm and he took double charge from my bank account about $100 and it’s not fair and and very extra money and when I spoke to him he said it’s cost $11 for gallon of gas may be we didn’t use 1 or 2 gallons so he’s weird and that like thefts to my money !!!
Ali HU-haul representative should always walk outside and around the vehicle to inspect the damages on the truck with the customer so there's no discrepancy.

MIRNA SGeo was the gentleman who helped me with the U-Haul van rental. He was very courteous and took time to explain everything to me. I have my A/V equipment at this same storage facility location so it makes it very convenient to rent from U-Haul here. I rent a U-Haul van from here at least 3 times a year and I always have a great experience. Booking online through uhaul.com is the way to go and all your records will be in your U-Haul account. Javier CThe van that I received had the wrong starting mileage and fuel level which indicates that the prior check in was not done properly. This created issues for my rental and additional time that was needed to sort through the issue. All this could have been avoided. It has nothing to do with my rental.

Cara REverything went perfectly smooth with renting a 10 ft truck from Access Storage who also provides Uhaul trucks. Access employees were professional and friendly. Truck was clean and ready to go. AAA service

todd lThe guy behind the counter was friendly enough, but he explained nothing. I did not like the check in process with the web page on my phone. None of the photos worked and I had to ask what to do. I got a text to check the van back in via the web that I did not know about because nothing was explained to me. I didn't even notice the text until after I got home. The tire pressure sensor was on when I picked up the vehicle. Sub par experience.
