The units were not the size that we were told they were, they were tremendously smaller. I never moved any into the unit as it was too small for my needs. I paid for the unit, looked at it and measured it, and immediately canceled my order. I applied for a full refund, because I never used it, it was paid for and canceled the same day.

The unpaved-grassy access with numerous ant mounds is the reason I would not recommend this spot to friend or family. Had I visited the locale before booking online, I would not have chosen to rent there.

I took my things to Monster Storage where I'm very happy. So no I will never recommend anyone to rent this storage place unless your stuff is trash. It's not safe either I recommend Monster Storage where it's clean and safe. I was recommended by uhaul which what will be my next step to call. So please don't make that mistake with Access Storage because that was my biggest mistake.

I called it in and was told that maintenance would take care of it. I never got a follow up call until I emailed and said that I had returned my keys. A rep called at that point and said I had been assigned another unit but no one ever reached out to let me know. It was a total wast of my time and money.
Theresa Hampleton | Expérience généraleI will never use this place again. First the rent went up about $10 and the following month it was almost double with no warning. When we moved out after 3 years of no issue with payments we couldn't get a partial refund of the almost double rent.
