At about 5:30 pm on a Monday , your representative was very unprofessional, sending me disrespectful personal messages on my phone all because he told me to wait until he finish with all customers before he can attend to me even though I was the first customer in the store
MURANA SESAYI was charged extra money for keeping a vehicle because this location doesn't have a drop box for the keys. No one came to the door. I've been charged for miles between scheduled drop off location and actual drop off location. if I kept it, I would've been charged more by now.

Pamela TaylorThe personnel were nice and friendly. The truck cab could have used a good vacuum or blow out, dirt all over. When I picked up the truck there was some weird guy hanging out where the trucks are parked.

Tom BradyClean the interior and exterior of the van before renting it to the next customer, just like what the car rental agencies do. It just seems more professional. Make sure the vehicle is on FULL upon receipt and making sure it is on FULL when returned. This is easier to measure than if the vehicle is received with a level that's less than FULL. Likewise, credit should be given for excess fuel upon returning the vehicle, just as how the customer would be charged for returning with less fuel than when received.

MICHAEL RAWLINGSThis was a horrible experience. The equipment was in terrible condition and disrepair and needed to be replaced halfway through our move. The response time to replace it was unacceptable, the accommodations provided were below par and the replacement equipment was not any better. I will not be using this location again.

SELENA DANIELAfter I put gas in truck and returned it the owner said he would charge later for mud on the truck. His trucks are parked on a muddy lot? The place I moved a friend from had gravel but no grass, no mud. He said he would bill the credit card on file. I have poof dried hardened mud on his truck already . It was a sunny day w no rain? This guy trying t hassle uhaul customers. I will never go their again and I rent often. Cancelling my Monday Uhaul request also. I want to see if he charges my account and I have a witness to this matter as well that was with me.

Christina HarrissThe original date of rental was for 12/26/2022 and the location was closed. The $50 Credit on the rental guarantee needs to be applied/given. We had to reschedule the move with the movers and for the truck rental for 12/27/2022.
